I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we received from Corey and Chris with Paschal's electrical department! Both were punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for was completed, and they took the time to clean up after themselves when the job was finished. Their attention to detail and quality of work truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Corey and Chris to anyone needing electrical work done. Thank you both for a job well done!

Garrett showed up on time and performed the annual HVAC checks and tune ups. He explained what he did and gave recommendations. He was easy to talk to and very polite. The only disappointment was Paschal does not provide air filters like Robeson did.

Tech Garrett was great. He kept me informed of his arrival time. Once on-site he was very courteous and efficient. Overall a very good experience with Paschal’s.

Our tankless hot water took a nosedive yesterday. We called Paschal, and Robert came to save the day! He found a replacement and had it installed before 2:00. He was friendly and respectful, and did a fine job. Would certainly use them again.

James was able to research a solution and I now have ac that works. Upstairs was not working because the original installer didn’t pull a C wire. We have had temps over 100 for many days. James was able to research and envision a solution. My great grandkids had to sleep downstairs on the floor. Everything works now thanks to James. He was great explaining everything to this 85 year old man so I could understand. Wish I could adopt him an get him to live Nextdoor.
