  The tech was friendly and professional. He was a bit geographically challenged. Had trouble getting here. I talked him to my location. I was highly disappointed at finding out that air filters would no longer be replaced as part of the service.

  I called this morning just before 8 a.m. with AC not working. They responded very promptly. By noon, my AC is working great and blowing cold air. Dawson was my service technician. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very considerate, quick and efficient. I couldn’t be happier!!!

  Service tech was competent & identified issue, however price for replacement part was astronomical. Quoted price for component was over 500.00, I was able to buy identical part for 20.00. This really is price gouging!!!

  Met with Kory Spargur. Showed up early for our appointment...great job. Very professional and did a great job explaining what his process & method of operation was for the job. Kory ended our transaction for the day with a great attitude and very personable. Would definitely recommend him to others.

  Our tech was Garrett W. He was very polite and respectful towards my wife. He was very thorough in his work, did not rush, answered all my questions and cleaned up his work area the way he found it. I definitely want him back this fall to service the furnace for us. Keep up the good work Garrett!
