In 1934, Mr. L.E. Dunn started his lumber company with a commitment to service and professional expertise. Today, the same commitment is practiced in all areas of our expanding company. Mill Creek is still owned by the Dunn family of Tulsa, Oklahoma and is led by Jeff Dunn as President/CEO and his father, Jim, who serves as Chairman.
Our carpet division is one of the fastest growing sectors in the Mill Creek family of stores. Arthur Paylor is President of the flooring division and is over Mill Creek Carpet & Tile which started with one location and has now grown to 19 store locations throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri. The Mill Creek family of companies’ employs approximately 900 full time employees. In every location, we strive to give our customers a positive experience with our award-winning customer service.

- MKMark KMay 21, 20265.0I renovated my shower and purchased the wall tile from this store. The customer service I experienced from Mike at this store was far above my expectations. I incorrectly measured the wall area and didn’t buy quite enough tile. Mike went above and beyond to help me get more of the tile I needed, even though it was my mistake, and ultimately the project was finished on time. I can’t give them enough stars. I’m definitely coming here from now on for all my flooring needs

Not only was floor scratched but I had to hire a painter to paint the whole house base boards. Plus they tried to get in through our garage door and turn lock handle and locked it so when my husband came down the street to open it. It buckled it. They refused to fix it and 5 months later still haven't fixed the flooring where its messed up. I would think twice before hiring them

James Amsden was a great salesman and answered all our many questions with kind patience. He made suggestions when we asked his opinion and when we had a couple questions in the middle of the install, he quickly answered. We had to have some tile removed, as well as carpet and we installed Karastan LVP as well as some Karastan carpet. Chad and Clayton installed the LVP and they were outstanding guys and did great work. We love the final product. Also kudos to Tad, who works with James. Tad was extremely helpful and went out of his way when we were looking for a baseboard match. James and Tad were both terrific and we appreciate their professionalism. We absolutely recommend this location and their expertise.
