  Andrew came out to fix a water leak, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service. He was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most professional people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to explain everything, was honest, courteous, and made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Mastons Plumbing for any plumbing needs. If you're lucky enough to have Andrew as your technician, you'll be in excellent hands. Outstanding customer service from start to finish!

  Drew was fantastic after we discovered a significant leak under our kitchen sink. He was helpful and competent, explained the issue and the potential resolution clearly, then ultimately fixed our problem promptly. The owner worked with us on price, Drew showed up ASAP, and he fixed is up quickly. Was very pleased, and if, God forbid, I ever need a plumber again, I would gladly call them.

  The greatest plumbing adventure. I called Maston’s Plumbing and Drain, a new company to me, to check my plumbing fixtures throughout the house. Everything looked good until we reached the hot water tank which had leaks and ready to blow. I quickly decided to go with a “Navien” brand tankless gas water heater (on my home’s bucket list), Energy Star rated with continuous hot water. I also decided on an In-line, whole house water filtration/softener system due to the hard Tulsa water. The “Flow-Tech” water filtering/softening system is amazing! Finally they installed a beautiful “Delta “ kitchen faucet. It took several days and different crews for all the installs and boring under the driveway and the Owner, Cale Forester, stopped by to say, hello. Let me just say that Everyone in this company are all: very Patient, Polite, Clean, Professional, and Experienced. They All Genuinely Care that you, their customer, are completely satisfied with the job at hand and their finished work just to name a few; James, Brandi and Chris. I would recommend Maston’s Plumbing and Drain for your plumbing needs.

  I called Maston's to replace a garbage disposal. Dakota Stoy completed the job quickly and efficiently then offered a scope of my entire plumbing system. The scope revealed major plumbing problems that would have eventually resulted in sewage backing up into my house, so Dakota's suggestion headed off a disaster. The work on the plumbing problem started the same day, on a Tuesday, and the entire plumbing system was fully replaced by Friday end of day. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to James Schapansky and his entire crew.

  I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. In September of 2025 I had them out to clear a blockage and they found roots in my pipes. At that time I paid them $3100ish to fix the issue. But the blockages never stopped. Honestly at this point I thought it was my kids that were the issue here and I just used various drain cleaners to fix the problem over and over (looking at the history in my Lowes account approximately $120 worth of drain cleaner in that time frame). Cut to May 2026 I have a blockage that was unclear-able with drain cleaner and I call them out again. They again tell me there are roots in the pipes… about 1 foot away from the pipe they replaced. Yes you are ahead of me, they replaced the wrong section. They then went to great lengths to try to gaslight me into believing that these roots were new since they were there (Including quickly showing me small pictures which didn’t seem to add up to their claims). While I am not a plumber and not qualified to speak to that, I did have 2 other plumbers look at it and they both told me that was a straight out lie and this was years of growth. Yes this is partially my fault for not asking for a post work camera run. They wanted another 3k+ to fix the problem they didn’t fix the first time. The 2 other plumbers I had out came in at 2k and $1500 for the same fix. Additionally there are some used car sales man hard sell tactics they use. If you tell them ‘no’ be prepared to have to tell them ‘no’ again 4-5 times. Response to the response: Below you will see this company's finely crafted response, it ignores things that don’t fit their narrative like me having to constantly clear backups with chemicals after their service for months (if the problem had been fixed would I have needed to spend $120 on drain cleaner in an 8 month period for a modern house with pvc pipes?) And brings up irrelevant things such as the water running free when they were done (as if they hadn’t of snaked the drain the day before). Their insistence on the continued charade that this was new growth (something multiple other plumbers verified it was not) should tell you all you need to know about potentially hiring this company. Beware
