  I've had to use lots of plumbers in the past but I'm so glad I found Maston's! Michael has come out twice and is THE BEST! He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I also had to have part of my main line replaced/repaired and the two guys that did the work were awesome as well (Sorry, I forgot their names). They stayed until 10:15pm to finish the job so everything was back together and working! Everyone I've dealt with from the company have been exceptional. I'll definitely be referring anyone with plumbing needs to Maston's!

  I scheduled to have a French drain repaired. Mike checked it out and had Bobby come check it out as well since it was located close to the driveway. While waiting for Bobby to come Mike went ahead and checked out another problem I was having with my water heater. I really like how I was given different options on what could be done to fix my problems. Mike and Bobby were sure great to work with. Very nice and professional.

  Andrew, Beau, Conner, and Joe were phenomenal! We had a leak under our sidewalk that the city wouldn't fix. They came out within 2 hours of me calling and cleared their afternoon to get us back up and running. They worked in the ridiculous heat until it was fixed! They were so kind, helpful, and transparent about what they were doing and how much it would cost. 10/10 would recommend!

  BUYER BEWARE!!Don't trust Bobby or James!!Buyer beware!! I've literally spent $100,000 with this company and had hopes doing more business with them in the near future. At first it was worth it to me even though I knew that they're overpriced but at least I had a piece of mind so it was worth it. Now Chris and Tate before he went to another company always kept their word and they have integrity.BUYER BEWARE OF JAMES AND BOBBY!! THEY ARE BOTH LIARS I WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY. MAKING FALSE PROMISES THEN OF COURSE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T REMEMBER! BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF PLUMBING WITH THOSE TWO ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE SPINDING REAL MONEY THOSE TWO DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HAND. In order to get me to make a purchase Bobby literally show me a picture of a fiberglass shower floor assured me that this is what I was going to get on my job. Lo and behold he gave me a piece of $41 shower vinyl that was the same as the pre-existing vinyl. How do I know? if he would have switched it out he would have saw that my subfloor was structurally decaying.At that point no professional plumber with integrity would have continued that job without letting you know so you can have that fixed before they did the job. I used to love this company. I have quite a bit of plumbing as a whole that's under warranty so every time I have to call now I feel so uncomfortable, violated and on edge. DONT TRUST BOBBY OR JAMES!!! Chris thank you for always being true to your word doing good working business, Tate to he was the best, unfortunately I guess his shoes were too big to be filled. Welp my future business will definitely go elsewhere. I appreciate the integrity while it lasted.

  Maston’s Plumbing & Drain troubleshot our plumbing system with a camera and discovered it was almost completely clogged; they also found out the backflow preventer installed on our 20-year-old house was not up to plumbing code and needed to be replaced; this was most likely the reason our plumbing line was clogged. We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. This plumbing company does not stop until they finish the job, they are a top-tier professional plumbing company that I would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
