Well their customer service is horrible, and they were very argumentative and gave every reason why what I asked wouldn’t work even though I could clearly it would work for my situation, unless of course they think you are buying a very large quantity of real hardwoods. Since they were helping a gentlemen at the same time who was there needing to replace a section of real hardwood. The problem is, I plan to re-do our entire house in less than 6 months but wanted to patch a small area with something close until then. I would be replacing this vinyl floor with a real hardwood or higher quality engineered floor that I most definitely will not buy from here. I expect exceptional customer service from a place even if I am only buying a small quantity or a lesser expensive product. If they don’t like their commissions from a cheap vinyl plank then maybe don’t work here. Because there are people who deserve respect the same as people like me who have the money to get something more expensive for multiple homes but maybe want to buy some time to make the choice they truly want. Absolutely don’t recommend this store!!

David, our salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I initially came in with my painting clothes on and covered in paint and he didn't judge! Give them a try!
