  In late June our home experienced an event caused by a vehicle driving through highwaters in the street, resulting a surge of water to enter our home. I was fortunate enough to have ample help from family and friends to immediately begin removing the flooring and drywall. I consulted with ESR Disaster Hero in the early stages of the demolition and Ross was very kind to walk us through the steps to ensure the issue was completely mitigated. He even sent out one of his crew managers (Gavin) in a consulting basis. Gavin walked through the house with us and ensured us that we were taking all the steps they would complete to mitigate the issue 100%. He even gave us a couple of recommendations on which products to use to prevent mold/bacteria from growing. Ross's kindness and willingness to help gave my wife and I confidence and a sense of relief. I cannot express my appreciation enough and would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of restoration services.

  Thanks for the quick response for assessment and then scheduling for service the next business day. Cole and Ashton were diligent for what ended up being a bigger job than it initially looked like, with access under this house not as easy as it used to be. They were on time, courteous, utilized safety equipment, and didn't hesitate to answer questions. The job done was pumping a large collection of water out of a crawlspace. It couldn't have been easy. Thank you for helping-

  His team is all 20 years old or younger, but very friendly guys, the workers were fun to be around. The contract I signed with them said he would work with the insurance company, his words say he does not. Charges much more than insurance is willing to pay, and doesn’t seem to like to give information to the insurance company. My insurance took 2 or 3 weeks to get the information they needed from him for them to be able to pay me. They could have been more careful with placing the cabinets they removed in the garage, they cracked one of them when they sat it down with the molding attached, they removed the molding before putting the next one down so it didn’t also crack. Knowing what I know now at the end of the project, I wish Ross has come out at the beginning and explained the parts of the process that I had no way to foresee, but truthfully if he had I wouldn’t have ended up using his company. If you are hoping to get reimbursed for this portion of the disaster recovery, use a company that is willing to use Xactemate for estimates and invoicing. The reason this company doesn’t is so they can overcharge and under deliver. But, the workers were kind and helpful.
