They presented themselves as a "turn-key" operation. They would ensure the floors, replacing the floorboards, painting them, and then cleaning up afterwards. Everyone who worked here was professional, polite, amazingly talented, and thorough. You cannot tell the new floorboards were not part of the original ones in the hallway and the rest of the house. Everything looks amazing, as all our visitors add as well.
