ASAP Heat and Air was started more than 15 years ago with the idea that customers deserve an honest and reliable company they can call for all their heat and air needs. Originally, we specialized in large-scale projects, working directly with contractors, builders, and developers. Once we had that mastered, we expanded and started working with homeowners.

He was thorough in explaining the need for a motor start assist. We were slightly disappointed when we received an email that also included a recommendation for a secondary float switch since that was not discussed while he was at our home.
- DWDarla WhisenantMay 8, 20265.0I want to commend Bryan Hutchens and his crew for the work they completed on May 7, 2026. In February 2025 I had a new heat pump system installed and kept hearing an extremely loud noise when while the heater ran. I was told time and time again that it was the freon being pushed through the unit. Approximately 3 weeks ago, service tech Kenny arrived to complete spring service on the unit. I mentioned to him the loud noise the system makes and he agreed that it didn't sound right. Kenny contacted his manager, Bryan Hutchens who made arrangements to actually come to my home. He and service tech Chris arrived on 5.5.26. Upon inspecting the situation, it was determined that the unit inside the home would be replaced, along with the copper tubing, etc... Mr. Hutchens had the new unit and installers at my home the next day! Once the new unit was installed, the noise was gone! I commend Mr. Hutchens for his dedication. He listened to me describing my issues, heard what I was saying, and then took action! KUDOS to Mr. Hutchens and his team! They did a fantastic job!
