  Both of my air-conditioning units went out at the same time. It was a Sunday morning today and I called first thing this morning and got put on the schedule for this afternoon. They said they’d be there between 12 and 3 o’clock and they were there at about 1245. Austin was the tech and he was on time very polite and professional and got everything done within a couple of hours. I was very pleased with everything he did how fast he did it and the cost. I highly recommend ASAP as my heating and air company. I will give their name to everyone I know.

  Elaina was extremely helpful answering the phone and coordinating the appointment. Stephen was excellent and super helpful. On a hundred degree day which felt over 105 her unit quit working after some work was done in our attic. This company dispatched after hours and was here within the hour. They had a very helpful text when Stephen was on the way. He was extremely nice. He even wore booties in the home over their shoes which we did not expect. Our root cause was a little bit mysterious and he still found it and got our cooling back on with the temporary fix and was able to schedule an appointment to do a larger wiring job the next day. We were so thankful. Excellent experience.

  Please send Kody Krehbiel to our homes every time! Kody is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He visited to service an older AC unit at my mom’s house that I oversee. He could have done the cleaning within 20-30 minutes, yet he spent almost two hours fine tuning various parts of the AC unit to make it last longer. Even though it was over 100 degrees outside, Kody was mindful of my elderly mother’s budget and worked diligently to thoroughly review and maintain all parts versus a quick annual cleaning. Instead of recommending we replace half a dozen parts, he clearly explained the AC’s remaining durability and power, what was working well and not working well, and helped us prepare for needing to buy a new unit within the next year or so. It felt good understanding the situation in full detail versus someone just pushing us to buy new parts/unit ASAP. Respectable work!

  ASAP installed an overhead ventilation duct to vent our kitchen range to the exterior as part of our kitchen remodel (we were converting from a downdraft system to an overhead vent). They scheduled the work quickly, completed it efficiently, and were in and out in no time. A few weeks later, I noticed that the exterior cutout for the vent (located within our upstairs utility closet) hadn't been fully sealed, allowing hot attic air to leak into our upstairs utility closet. Since our thermostat is located there, it was causing our upstairs unit to run almost continuously. I reached out to Bryan, and he immediately sent Austin out the very next day. Not only did Austin properly seal the exterior vent opening, but he also sealed the entire utility closet to eliminate the attic air leak—at no additional cost. While ASAP may not be the cheapest in town, their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right goes a long way.

  Our family of 8 (3 teens, 3 animals) came home after 12 days away to an 82° home with the upcoming forecast reaching the low 100s. We got home at 6:25pm, Googled a service - ASAP was at the top of the recommended list. We called and one of their servicemen, Austin, was at our house in under 30 minutes on a Sunday evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Although our HVAC problems were lengthy and beyond his reach, he delivered on his promise - a resolution the next day. Christian came out the next afternoon and was even more helpful than we expected. With Austin we asked that someone come out and give us a quote for replacing our system - a decision that had been chasing us for 5 years. Christian blew me away - he had an answer for EVERY single one of my questions, he provided information we didn't think we needed, he stayed at our house for almost 4 hours until every single t was crossed and i was dotted which was well past his shift. Additionally, another warehouse gentleman waited until his shift was over to bring 4 window units to our house to keep it cool for a week before our HVAC overhaul could be installed. Come installation day, Mike and Legend were extremely professional, very courteous and got the extensive job done in a very timely manner. Communication from every team member throughout the entire process was prompt and professional. We've been blown away by the overall service ASAP has provided to our family and we plan on recommending them to anyone that ever has an issue!
