  Extremely aggressive & horrible drivers from ASAP Heat & air driving both a box truck & a van that were following each other through Bixby about 9:15 tonight .The box truck was driving extremely close to the drivers in front of them, weaving in & out of traffic nearly hitting several people, & also ran a red light. Who wants to do business with a company who hires disrespectful, aggressive, irresponsible people? If the employees have this little respect for people on the road, why should potential customers consider letting these irresponsible & disrespectful people into their homes & trust them with electrical connections? I would never consider this company after my experience tonight.

  Brett was great! Showed up about 45 min earlier than expected, which I know can vary based on when the prior job ends. He was efficient in his work and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was a quick fix so I don't think he was there for more than 20 min. Overall great experience.

  My heater was short cycling and so I called ASAP to come give me an estimate which they did for free. The problem was the vacuum tube was clogged and he cleaned it out but where's the money if it's not a major problem? The tech disconnected my gas valve and told me it needed to be replaced and it was going to cost $647.50. I called a different HVAC company for a second opinion because now my heater wasn't short cycling anymore after the tech from ASAP messed with it, but the burners weren't igniting and the blower motor wasn't kicking on. I called another company who came out, went up there and they said that the gas valve had been completely disconnected. When he reconnected it, no more short cycling and the heater is working fine now. This is why people don't trust HVAC companies because there's so many out there that are crooks and try to take advantage of people like ASAP did. The tech accidentally fixed my problem but had to charge me for something that wasn't broken. The other company did it for free and all they wanted was a good Google review and I insisted I at least pay the service fee.

  Roberto is an amazing guy to have in your home to replace, maintain, or repair your HVAC system. He and a crew put in a new HVAC system 2 yrs ago. They were outstanding. Fast forward two years later, and Roberto was back reviewing and maintaining my system. He is always so respectful, knowledgeable, and treats his customers respectfully. I’m grateful for a tradesmen to be so kind and give knowledgeable to help with the efficiency of their HAVAC systems.
