Skyler called and was very helpful, recommending that we turn off the ac units at the breaker. When electricity was restored and we turned the breakers on, the compressors didn’t cycle on again. I called Skyler again and he was again so helpful. After a bit more time and another reset, the units are working well. I appreciate Skyler’s prompt response and expertise. Thank you! We are long time customers and have never been disappointed.
