  Two things I hate are buying vehicles and getting a new roof. I signed a contract for a new roof 7 months ago and finally he delivered some of what would require. Then after another month of excuses I saw Extreme Roof down the street and Cody said he would come take a look. He looked over what was delivered and said was missing several items and had too many shingles. Cody what a GREAT guy said he would see about trading for the correct roofing material and gave me a quote. I said when can you do it he said in a couple of days. Showed up at 6 am with a crew and completed the roof in one day. Paid him what he quoted and he came back the next day to drag a magnet across lawn to pick up the loose nail. NOW the only thing I hate is buying a vehicle. Thank You Cody with Extreme Roofing!!!

  I reached out to Extreme Roofing Solutions for a roof quote and initially things seemed fine, but as I reviewed the details more closely, I ran into multiple concerns. I was told in conversation (text) that decking would be included, but the written quote only said “check decking,” which leaves the cost open-ended. When I asked for clarification and to have it clearly defined in writing (which is just basic due diligence), the company declined to move forward with the job. I also asked for standard details to be included in the contract, like clear pricing for potential fascia repairs and proper documentation of the Class 4 shingles for insurance purposes. These are normal requests when signing a contract of this size. Additionally, communication became unprofessional at times, including receiving messages in all caps. There was also a comment about confirming the name on the contract so a lien could be placed on the house if payment wasn’t made, despite there being no indication that payment would be an issue. That didn’t sit right with me. In the end, I’m glad I asked questions before signing anything. My advice to others would be to carefully review the contract, make sure everything is clearly defined in writing, and don’t hesitate to ask questions before committing. I can’t speak to their workmanship, but based on my experience with the quoting and communication process, I don’t recommend.

  All the positive reviews are true about this company, Extreme roofing. My friend Scott used this company and had nothing but great things to say, so I gave them a call.I had a damaged roof from hail. Cody Manion who is the Owner and Manager, came out assessed my roof for free. Cody dealt with my insurance company and communicated with me thru the whole process. Very nice guy, and easy to deal with,. Cody is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and the whole process,, he has been in the business his whole life with his father. His team does a very professional job. Excellent work and clean up all in one day. They service the Oklahoma City area and the Yukon area as well. 5 out of 5 for sure. Thanks for the great job.

  Jay was very professional and friendly. He came out the next day to check on a leak around our chimney, it took no time at all for him to find the problem and fix it. I would absolutely recommend Extreme Roofing Solutions!
