  Well ladies agents here's another little gem you might have been sleeping on! Preston's Plumbing! First I would like to give a loud shout out to Joshua and Kyle and tell everyone how courteous knowledge and swift the two of them are. Oh and to the upper management of the company, great employees. So if you haven't seen any of my other reviews, you should know that I try to pay attention to practically everything I can especially customer service and support. I'm disabled so I'm always looking for gems here in the local area and community and throughout my limited reachable driving area. So these two guys even after I missed the notification call letting me know that they had received the work order to come replace the hot water tank for me showed up gave me plenty of time to answer the door and explained to me that they were here to take care of my tank problem. Still kinda half asleep, I decided because of their approach to let them come on in and do it. The noise was very minimal, and by the time I thought about what I had just done, Joshua was already asking me if there was anything else I needed help with while they were here. At first I thought I was kinda tripping because, and Iisten to this, I saw a grown man in my house sweeping the small debris from my kitchen floor cause they realized that the carpets were new and they took the back way in after realizing it so as not to dirty up the carpets. Felt like I was right back in the old days. You know those days when papa would say, boy when you make a mess, clean it up and continue to keep things organized as you work. I promise you all that I'm not exaggerating or trying to get on anyone's good side because in the hall closet where they were working, there was already a huge mess mostly attic insulation that had fallen through the access panel but by the time they were done, those two guys not only cleaned up the entire closet space, they carefully picked up everything in the hallway and laid my runner back down and then re-swept the whole area again including my kitchen. Now I've got a good steady flow of hot water, a new tank and nothing to clean. Didn't take a long time from start to finish either and oh. I almost forgot. Joshua even went down to the corner store for me and got me a 2ltr soda. Didn't even ask me for compensation or anything and I tried to pay him for doing it. So public, I can't tell you what the tank cost but whatever it was, it was well worth the price because of all of the extras which we all know is something America needs these days! Just plain Ole good country respect love and great customer service! If there were 10 stars, I would definitely have given Preston Plumbing all 10!!! Thanks guys for the superb work and service.

  First of all, I want to say how professional and kind and fast these guys were. I call on this company a lot and have and will continue to refer them to everyone I know. Josh and Carson were AMAZING to say the least. The owner, Preston was even out yesterday with a handful of other guys and they all worked like a well oiled machine in getting us fixed up! They did amazing. They cleaned up any mess they made after a pretty extensive job. Thank you Josh and Carson!!! Ya’ll are incredible.

  I engaged Preston’s Plumbing from a neighborhood FB post recommendation- so glad I did. Amazing experience from the initial call and scheduling the appointment to the gentlemen providing the services. They were very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. Service prices were very reasonable as well. Use them with confidence!

  Phenomenal experience! They called me right away after hours when I made a request online for service. I had a leak that they came and fixed immediately the following morning for a reasonable price. The owner Danielle was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. They did high quality work and I will call them for all future services.

  We have used Preston's plumbing a number of times at our house. Every time they have done amazing work. This time we needed some work done and it was a full days worth. Preston himself came out and walked though everything with me from the smallest detail to the estimate. Ryan and Kyle came out and did an amazing job. They worked hard from the time they arrived till they left. An 8 hour job and they kept at it. After we completed the bathroom Dalton came out and connected our vanity for us. I cant say enough good things about this company. A major plus is they are honest and upfront, there was no hidden fees when the job was completed.
