  They came out and flushed my tankless hotwater tank. Techs were nice, knowledgeable, professionally dressed, and friendly. Performed the service made sure they didn't leave a mess and cleaned up afterwards.

  My only regret... not calling Preston's FIRST! These guys are AMAZING! We originally hired a large Tulsa plumbing company that recommended over $13,000 in repairs and, even after multiple visits, never actually diagnosed or resolved the original problem. Thankfully, we called Preston's for a second opinion. They were able to do what the other company couldn't, and verified that the expensive sewer repair wasn't actually needed... saving us from authorizing a $13,000 job!! 🙏 Afterward, we had Preston's come back one more time (the first company actually failed to even diagnose the original issue correctly). Preston's found the actual problem, a large hair blockage... not something in the main line. Total cost for everything Preston's did: $350. This issue started a week ago... Had we hired them first it would have been resolved in an hour for only $150. Preston's literally saved us over $10,000!!! We are incredibly grateful to Preston's Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Thank you... seriously THANK YOU!!!

  Jacoby and Jesse did an exemplary job installing my toilet. They had to go the extra extra mile because when they first came in, my toilet, was cracked and broken. And they were completely understanding. They came back the very next day, After I did the exchange, to help me out and get it installed. They wasted no time they did The job so well and efficiently. I was super impressed !! The disbatch lady was very assuring, caring, and Super helpful as well. As long as they're here, they're gonna be my go to for all my plumbing needs. I would give seven stars if I could. Thank you so much guys.!!!

  I am so very pleased with the service I received today. Called at this morning and the techs were at my house before noon. Went right to work, found the leak, and was finished in a very short time. Explained in detail what the problem was and how it was corrected. Best of all the tech was one of my middle school students Jessie!
