They were willing to think outside the box to repair a leaking pipe in my slab without breaking up the slab. Explained the process and materials and gave me options. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I've had 40 yrs experience in remodeling so know what was needed. I can't do the work now (at my age) LoL I will highly recommend Torch to become your go to for H/A and plumbing.

Instead, we were treated to next day service by a clearly knowledgeable, respectful pair of technicians who got our 20 year old unit diagnosed, cleaned up, and installed a replacement part. The unit was humming quietly, putting out cool air as they left an hour later. The cherry on top was the mailer coupon that saved us the $99 service call fee. We had used Torch for the first time a few months ago for an urgent plumbing leak. We are glad to report their AC service to be just as responsive. We will definitely call them again.

The tech that came out on Saturday was friendly and informative about my HVAC issue and the options for repair and/or replacement. The installation guys arrived when they said they would. They where friendly and professional. They got the old system pulled and the new one installed in a timely manner. They answered any and all of my questions about the new system. They walked me through setting it up and activity it on the phone app. 100 out of 100 for the whole experience. Will be calling Torch and their crew for any and all Future needs. Great job.

They came out to my house in 100-degree heat to deliver and install a brand-new HVAC system, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment they arrived, everyone on the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the installation was done right. Even working in extreme heat, they never complained and maintained a positive attitude from beginning to end in this 100 degree heat . It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, but Torch Plumbing absolutely does. If you’re looking for honest, dependable, and high-quality service, I highly recommend giving them a call. Thank you for making such a stressful situation so easy!
