  We were completely satisfied with the quick scheduling and professionalism demonstrated by Half Moon. Our technician, Ethan, was thorough in his inspection and diagnosis of our drain issue, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Within an hour of arriving, Ethan resolved the problem and provided professional, pressure-free recommendations for a hydro-jetting service and the installation of a PRV to help protect the integrity of our home's plumbing system. The recommendations felt fair and based on what was actually needed, which we really appreciated. We look forward to having Half Moon perform these services in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumbing company.

  We were away for the long weekend and when we returned we discovered our main sewer line was backed up and it was backing up into our bathtub. We called Sunday afternoon, David arrived within the short time frame he said he would, assessed the issue, gave us options and had Noah and Alex out the next day right on time. They were extremely clean, professional, knowledgable and super fun to talk to! Thank you to David, Noah and Alex for doing such a great job for us!

  Can't say enough how satisfied I am with the service. The estimate was fast and easy, and they were able to get the job done all in just a couple hours, Matt and Lukas got here fast and we're ready to start asap and then found the leak and replaced the faucet in no time at all. Incredible professional, friendly, and efficient. You can't ask for more. Will absolutely be working with them again if I need some more work done.

  Luke throughly inspected all our plumbing issues, took the time to answer our questions and made a plan for four different options from the immediate needs up to everything we were wanting done. The company scheduled an appointment right away. The day of the appointment they had an opening earlier and asked if I wanted them to come on over which was very nice. Evan and Dakota came over the day after the estimate and did all the work in one day! They worked so hard but still took time to explain what they were doing and give updates. Very pleasant, friendly and hard working guys. They did a good job!

  This was my first time using Half Moon Plumbing, and I was very impressed. My home was built in the 1960s and still has the original cast-iron pipes. I had a clogged drain line that was backing up whenever I ran large loads of laundry. Nick came out and performed a thorough inspection, quickly diagnosed the issue, and coordinated with the office to have technicians scheduled for the very next morning. Jake and Nate arrived right on time and got straight to work hydro jetting the pipes. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to run a camera through the line both before and after the work to verify everything was clean and flowing properly. From start to finish, the entire team provided excellent service and communication. I highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
