First, let me say I am an old woman who is initially distrustful of all repair service companies. And second, when you read my glowing review, you are going to suspect that I am these guys’ Memaw. I am not related to any of them but would claim them in a minute! Half Moon Plumbing should be super proud of their excellent employees! From Jeremy, who along with Joe, crawled under my house and went over a FREE estimate with patience and kindness to Jake and Justin who basically replaced all of my plumbing and left my home and my yard in excellent condition. I would hire them in a minute and am very, very happy! The Half Moon “Big Guy” a/k/a the Owner, should be very happy with his HR Department! Thanks Guys!
Apparently, my brand-new toilet decided it wanted to keep a little secret from me—a mystery leak! 😂🚽💦
Austin with Half Moon came out, quickly found the problem, and had it fixed within minutes. He also checked my second new toilet (which I hadn’t even asked him to do) and found a small leak there too! Talk about going above and beyond.
He even did a safety check of the plumbing throughout my new home, which gave me so much peace of mind as a new homeowner.
Austin was professional, thorough, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. Highly recommend Half Moon and Austin! Thank you for fixing my toilet drama and letting me get back to enjoying my new home! 😂
New toilet installed. American Standard B8106 Ecoflush Pressure Assist Flush. Tank water is kept within an enclosed insert, so no more worries about rusty leaking tank bolts or crusty hard water build up inside the toilet tank or cruddy flappers. The flush is amazing. As a preventive they also replaced the standard cap on the sewage cleanout access with a cap that pops up if the septic tank backs up, so sewage will spill into the yard and NOT the house. An easy change that gives great peace of mind. I was on a scheduled biannual septic system check for years with a different company and they never mentioned the back up prevention cleanout cap even existed. Halfmoon plumbing is looking out for their customers. Zach, Noah and Nate were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of the property. I am curious about how things are put together and function and they explained the process before the install and even showed me during the install what they were doing and why it was better than what the original installer did. I learned alot and got an excellent installation. Plus, they said they will email me a report that includes photos of what was done. That surpasses normal expectations. I will call Half Moon for any future plumbing, septic or electrical issues.

Oh what a RAD group to work with! Nick came out to my home to go over options for a new water heater, a new water main shut off, and to address any concerns I had around my home’s plumbing system. Nick was timely, friendly, and shared upfront pricing that covered all my needs!
Evan arrived the NEXT DAY (talk about quick!) to complete the entire install, repair those areas of concern, and complete a clean out and sewer line camera inspection. It should also be noted Evan did all this in 107 degree heat!! He’s the real deal folks!! Through the whole process, Evan was professional, friendly, and explained the install.
In fact, every time I have worked with Half Moon, their staff and technicians have been so friendly, respectful, communicative, and informative about their work.
As long as I am in Tulsa, they will be my go to company!
Every time I call them out to do more work, they never give me the complete information necessary and do all the work required. They leave jobs have finished and pressure you to schedule a second assignment, costing another hundreds if not thousands of dollars, to finish work they said was included in the initial conversation.
Example 1: I had to have repairs done to my gas line and water heater. They replaced my gasline for $8000, but did no work on the water heater, costing me another $2000 and a second appointment to fix.
Example 2: I installed a new electric line to move my dryer to a different wall. The initial tech said that everything would be done to move the dryer into it's new place for $600. The electrician, however, only moved the line, but did not install a vent in the wall. He also unhooked the old outlet, meaning my dryer now has no external vent. He said I would have to schedule a second appointment with the company to do work that was supposed to be done at the same time.
