  City of Bethany notified me that I needed to have my home checked due to excessive water usage. Called Ruckers Mechanical they sent out tech Eddie who checked my meter periodically while I ran water from different faucets in the house and out of the house t he meter readings showed ok. Could not detect excessive water usage at that time. I will continue to watch my meter to see if the numbers spikes in the future. Thank you Eddie.

  Spoke with several companies and their sales person was the only one that pointed out some issues that I already knew the current system had. During the install they answered any questions I had about what they were doing. First time using them, but seems like a good company.

  Had a technician out first thing Monday morning to evaluate a straightforward residential wiring job. He took notes and let me know an estimate would follow shortly. I gave them until the close of business Tuesday—nearly two full business days—and never received a quote, an email, or a phone call. The only communication I received was an automated text Tuesday morning asking for a 5-star review. If a job is too small or your schedule is full, just be upfront and say so instead of leaving a customer hanging while asking for praise you haven't earned. Took my business to a contractor who respects basic communication.

  Beau and Seth installed a new hot water tank for us. From start to finish they were efficient, polite, timely, and explained the process to us. They did great work and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Rucker for a job well done.
