  Called Rucker's this morning 8/19/26 with my AC not working, Rucker's got me taken care of and on the schedule same day and repairs taken care of the same day. Associate Mitchell arrived on time and got to it. Just 2 hours later my AC is up and cooling. Great job Rucker's Great job Mitchell

  Mitchell was very professional and was able to get to our appointment early, which was great since our AC was out and was able to get it working again before it got too hot in our house.

  Rucker Mechanical installed a couple outdoor ceiling fans on the back patio. Their electrician texted before arriving and was on time, and displayed courtesy and a professional attitude. Thanks again, Rucker, we greatly appreciate the excellent service.

  Kudos to Rucker Mechanical and Electric for servicing my mother's ac unit. Mitchell came out and diagnosed the issue and quickly got the unit operating again. It was such a relief because I almost thought they would say a new unit was needed. Mitchell throughly explained what occurred and offered to answer any additional questions I had. It is nice to do business with honest and knowledgeable companies that will not break your wallet. Thanks again!

  The cooling capacity of my older A/C unit was dwindling in the middle of summer, so I called Rucker Mechanical to come diagnose the problem. Mitchell came out and ran a thorough check of the entire system. Turns out my unit had a small freon leak at the condensing coil. Mitchell was able to quickly obtain the older freon that my A/C utilizes and get the level back to normal. My eighteen-year-old unit will need to be replaced soon, but the fix that was performed should get me through the remaining summer months. I'll definitely call Rucker for the new system. Many thanks to Mitchell for outstanding customer service.
