  Pronto was a great help to us. Sean came out on Sunday to help figure out what was causing our AC unit to hum but not spin. He did let us know that the 16 year old unit was in need of a new motor. We could go with a universal 30 day or a 1 year but we would just start having more problems. (Parts were phased out by the government). So we opted for a new system. Sean put on the universal motor just for the night. Today, Ray and Andrew put in a full new HVAC system. We were told it would take 5-6 hours but it only took about 4 hours. These guys were super nice and helpful and now everything is running great.

  The tech came out, assessed the situation and determined it could not be fixed without incurring a cost of about 4000 dollars because the unit is so old and takes a hard to get coolant. He did not charge me at all and was very professional and nice. I thank pronto for timely and compassionate service. Definitely would recommend.

  Called Pronto because our unit was only blowing outside air. Had to get a whole new unit. Sean and Ray replaced it within 7 hours. They had to remove part of our fence to get the old unit out but they replaced it when they finished. We had no A/C for 2 days not because of them, my work schedule interfered. They offered to come the day after we called. I will definitely use them again for future A/C maintenance.

  Excellent service, last minute, late night. 100+ degrees coming, air conditioner out. Family coming to town late same night. AC up and running within less than an hour. Employees were top-notch professional. Prices reasonable, will use again!

  I had a great experience with Pronto Heating & Air company. They responded quickly, scheduled my appointment without any hassle, and fixed my air conditioning efficiently. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to explain the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Pronto to anyone looking for reliable A/C repair.
