  I made a mercy call on a hot Saturday afternoon. The technician was here fast and had the part needed on his truck to repair my AC. He was pleasant, polite and professional. AAA in my book. Highly recommend.

  I’m going to give 3 stars because they were able to get me in same day and timely, almost to timely seeming how I booked 3-7 and they came at 230, leading to my 13 yr old opening the door and letting them in with no adult present leaning into why I said 3 so I can get from work to home. I arrived at 250 to learn from my son the work was done. I called their store to make sure my air issues were fixed and if I could get a call from the air service specialist. I did get a text message from them saying what was fixed. In the future with the world we live in, I would just hope that next time they would wait until an adult is present and extend a phone call to get in direct contact with me as the receptionist did and she was told I was not home yet and the message never got to the tech due to down tablets, so while the work they did so far has went great, I would suggest better communication and professionalism.

  This was our first experience using Pronto, and it was amazing!!! One of our AC units went out over the weekend while we had guests visiting, so the need to get weekend help immediately was critical. I discovered Pronto through a ChatGPT search and they were listed at the top for overall service. I called early on Sunday morning and within the hour was in touch with the owner. Just 3 1/2 hours later the tech was at our door! Travis did a fabulous job- he quickly isolated the issue and got to work on the solution. He was extremely kind, pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. I wouldn’t hesitate at all doing business with them again! Superb company!!

  My AC went out again as it usually does in the summer. Last year I fixed it myself and replaced the capacitor. This year I had just came back home and immediately noticed the house was hotter then usual. It was 84° and late in the day, I didn't have the time or patience to get into figuring out the problem, so I called up Pronto on Friday and they said they could get someone over the next day between 10-2. They arrived at 11 and got to work. It took him less than an hour to troubleshoot and fix it. Turns out the fuse was blown and the cooling fins were packed with cottonwood. Could've saved myself the money doing it myself, but like I said, I didn't have the time or patience to get out done. They set me up with a monthly payment plan to come out twice a year to clean it out and do a check up on my system so it doesn't happen again next year. I also get emergency maintenance calls if needed. They're very reasonable and the tech that came out was very knowledgeable. Worth calling these guys.
