- DGDani GMay 6, 20261.0Unprofessional, poorest customer service I have ever encountered. Took over 6 months from start of install to completion of the screen enclosure due to inaccurate measuring and ordering. Job was sold to us October 2025 finished March 2026. No follow up, no apologies and no communication. I had to reach out to Corporate for help. The salesman who sold us the job was the problem from the get-go from this location in OK city, I strongly recommend that you do your homework on OK City Patio Enclosures division before you commit.
