I had an excellent experience with Mill Creek Design for my staircase runner installation. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Phoenix was extremely helpful during the sales process, providing great guidance and making sure I found the right option for my home. Reynaldo did an outstanding job with the installation. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care really showed in the finished result. The staircase runner looks beautiful and completely transformed the space. I highly recommend Mill Creek Design, Phoenix, and Reynaldo for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

I built a custom home through Crabtree Homes and purchased a Turner Door supplied by Mill Creek. From the beginning, the experience has been nothing but frustration, poor workmanship, and unresolved issues. The original door handle was installed incorrectly and operated opposite of how it should have. Instead of opening when pushed down, it opened when lifted up. As a result, contractors, visitors, and anyone using the door naturally pushed down on the handle, causing unnecessary wear and damage due to the improper installation. I was eventually told the handle could be replaced, but that process only created more problems. The technician who installed the replacement handle also installed it incorrectly. A hole was drilled in the wrong location, and a temporary handle had to be installed while waiting for another replacement. When the correct handle finally arrived, the improperly drilled hole left a visible gap where the bottom mounting button attached. The "solution" was to place a washer around the hole to cover the mistake and secure the hardware. This was not a repair—it was a patch. The problems did not stop there. The door has never properly sealed against the weatherstripping, and despite multiple attempts to address the issue with Chris Hayes, the fixes have amounted to temporary band-aids rather than permanent solutions. Numerous Mill Creek employees and technicians have worked on this door, yet each visit seems to have made the situation worse rather than better. I am now left with a door that cost over $6,500 and still does not function properly. The only way to get the door to seal is to bend a metal tab in the strike plate, which then causes the deadbolt to become misaligned until the tab eventually breaks. As I write this, 100-degree Oklahoma heat is blowing through the door like a wind tunnel. This issue has been brought to the attention of my builder, Mill Creek, and even my realtor, who has spent countless hours trying to help resolve it. Despite all of that, the problem remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I was essentially forced to close on a home with a front door that had no strike plate installed, was not secure, and did not operate correctly. To this day, it still does not operate correctly. Unfortunately, the issues extend beyond the front door. My kitchen window was originally installed incorrectly by an installer who no longer works for the company. The fix that was ultimately provided was nothing more than a crude piece of wood shoved underneath the track. The window now sits visibly out of level simply to reduce the same Oklahoma heat that was pouring through the opening. It is an unacceptable repair and an embarrassment considering the amount of money involved in this project. Throughout this entire process, I have dealt with installers, technicians, and specialists from Mill Creek, yet the quality of workmanship and customer service has consistently fallen short. Considering the amount of money I personally spent with this company—and the amount of business my builder brings them—I expected professionalism, expertise, and accountability. Instead, I have experienced repeated installation errors, temporary fixes, and a complete lack of lasting solutions. Buyer beware. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and have now reached out to a local iron door company in hopes of finally correcting problems that should have been resolved long ago.

Phoenix Smith was a big help in her knowledge of what we needed for our backsplash. From picking the style of the tile to ensuring to got the right color grout and chalk we needed. Although it was a small job she gave us very professional service. We are very happy with the finished project. Randy & Vickie Adams Harrah

We recently had new carpet and tile installed throughout our home, and we're absolutely thrilled with the entire experience—this company made what could have been a stressful project completely seamless and enjoyable! Vicky was phenomenal from the start. She kept us perfectly informed every step of the way about what to expect, timelines, and prep, and she even took the time to patiently help me pick out products, colors, styles, and everything else to make sure it all fit our vision and lifestyle perfectly. The installation team was outstanding. William and his crew handled a large amount of tile work over several days—they were always courteous, professional, and did excellent, high-quality work. What impressed us most was how they left every work area cleaner and better than when they arrived—true respect for our home. Alex and Chris took care of the carpet installation with impressive hard work and efficiency. They moved expeditiously without rushing the details, and the finished carpets look fantastic—soft, even, and beautiful. Life is stressful enough without problems popping up during home projects, but this team delivered zero issues and top-notch results from beginning to end. Excellent customer service all around, beautiful transformation, and we're so pleased with how our home looks and feels now! We would (and already do) recommend this company to everyone. If you're looking for reliable, professional flooring with genuine care and flawless execution, look no further—5 stars aren't enough! Thank you for making our upgrade so wonderful.
