  This is a "10-star business"!!! I cannot say enough good things about the good folks that serve their customers at this location. Alex . . . Fred . . . the front desk rep (a terrific young man, like the rest of them, whose name I cannot recall at the moment, unfortunately) . . . they are all top-notch and totally customer-oriented. Alex Jones in particular found the "hard to find" water filters we need for our water well. We were so pleased after making a "test order" of 12 filters (a year's worth) that we ordered 72 more filters (7 more years' worth). These filters are each "string-wound" (excellente') instead of "glass-blown" (which to me are substandard, at least for our particular needs). I just ordered a years' worth of home A/C filters from them, too. Fred quickly found those filters in his system and I will be picking a years' worth of them tomorrow. You must realize that before I found this company, the only other place I could easily find the water filters and the A/C filters was Locke Supply. However, they stopped carrying the water filters years ago, and I've had a difficult time finding a reliable source for them until now. Also, while Locke Supply is a good local company, they are no "Ferguson Plumbing and A/C Supply", to be sure. Each time I would visit Locke Supply, the unspoken impression I had was that they were doing me a favor by selling me the A/C filters I needed. The instant and unspoken impression I get from the Ferguson agents is that I am doing them a favor by being their customer (which is the way things ought to be, in my humble opinion). I know that Locke Supply sells to a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. -- which is why they are still in business. But my first choice will always be, going forward, the fine folks at this particular Ferguson Supply location. If I need it and they sell it, they will always get my business. If they don't sell it or cannot order it, then I'll look elsewhere. But whatever the outcome, I know that I will be treated courteously and served quickly with the product availability that need from this business. By the way -- their facility is amazing! Spacious & modern offices, classrooms, counter spaces and warehouse. I saw them all during my 3 visits (thus far) there. It is the cleanest facility I have ever seen! If you have not visited this location, go see the visible difference between this location and any other "supply" warehouse you have ever visited. I dare you to find a higher-quality facility! Thanks again, guys, you 'floored me' in every way! You do an amazing, amazing job there! God bless you !
