I was needing a part and from my first phone call to Chappell supply in Oklahoma City. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and I was able to pick up my parts that I needed in Oklahoma City.
In addition, I was able to find out that they carry a lot of different items that I did not realize that they carried that I will be needing in the future!

We purchased a power washer from Chappell Supply and have had ongoing issues with it from early on. The machine intermittently stops working and then will randomly start working again later. Because of that, when their service technician comes out it sometimes happens to be running, and we’re told “we can’t fix something that isn’t broken.” Unfortunately the problem still exists and we’ve still been charged for service calls without the issue being resolved.
Another frustrating part has been the follow-through. Sales staff will come by and ask if we need anything, but after telling them what we need we often never receive the parts or supplies.
After dealing with this for a while we recently decided to start working with another company, and they are currently doing their best to actually track down and solve the problem. We would have preferred to keep doing business with Chappell Supply, but the ongoing issues and lack of resolution pushed us to look elsewhere.
