  I've been buying these hoses now for at least 10 years. Always great response great service and sometimes you have to wait but it's worth the wait you need to buy these hoses. I'm getting anywhere from one and a half to two years where other Hoses I'd only get maybe a year

  I called about a power washer I brought in last week. Just curious if they have looked at it because I haven’t been calling every five minutes. Of course it hasn’t. When I ask how long until they get a chance to look at it? She says she has no idea. I ask to talk to anyone who would have an idea. She said she is the only one to talk to and has no idea. I think they should have someone who has at least a little bit of a time frame and a better attitude.
