  The electrician did his job with EXCELLENCE and honesty. He taught me alot about fandeliers as well. In fact, he will be returning to my house for a much bigger project of updating all the remaining light fixtures, fandeliers and chandeliers in the near future!

  Braxton was very personable and patient. We wanted to get a couple bathroom fans replaced and he was able to get it done in a timely manner, cleaned up any insulation that may have fallen, and did it all for a great price. Barnett will be my first call if we have anymore electrical needs!

  Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Took care of everything and got me set up for AC maintenance. Very pleased and would recommend Barnett for anyone needing electrical or AC repairs.

  I can't speak to the price as I didn't shop around as much as I should have, but I CAN say I've been thrilled with the customer service. Fast, flexible, and happy to help troubleshoot and maintain their work after installing. I'll absolutely use them again. Richard was great to work with and takes pride in his work. It's good to see.

  Probably the wildest experience I’ve ever had with a company. They came out, looked at the system and told me it was just the thermostat that was fried. Offered to put their standard one in but I said I’d get another Nest thermostat like I had. After installing the new one it still didn’t work so I called them back… told me to find someone else because I installed my own thermostat after they looked at my system instead of taking their quoted one. Crazy way to do business. Will NEVER use them again. Edit: The response below is blatantly misleading. I was told they would put a thermostat on there for $250 to which my first question was Is it a Nest Thermostat?. My House has a Nest Self learning Thermostat which allows control from your phone. I wanted the same thing I had on there to which I was told theirs was a standard thermostat. Told the tech I would just replace it because of this. When I called this morning it was because the thermostat was clearly not the issue and would they please come check the system again because they were incorrect in the diagnosis. I never asked to warranty anything, its 90 degrees outside and I am trying to get the AC running for my tenant immediately. Trying to turn this into a 'crappy landlord' situation is just another example of terrible ethics. Be better, treat people better.
