Nice guys, but didn’t complete the job as expected.
After several conversations indicating they would schedule someone out to finish that never happened, changed the response to they already did more than what was contracted for. The job has not been completed and it’s been 3 months. I reminder the gentleman who gave me the bid and came out afterwards that he agreed during the walk through about all of things that were not completed as we agreed. Not satisfied at all with what was done and the price I paid.

Very bad customer service. They will never call you back or reply your email. The man came to our house and looked our attic. He said he will email all the details and price but he never did.I called, emailed, left voice messages multiple times. NO reply until now.

These nice gentlemen want $750 to give you a bid. Their free feasibility survey entails coming to your home and collecting the house plans you have and letting you know it will be $750 for them to put those plans into their computer and give you a bid. I was told that is so they know what they're getting into and can bid it accurately. That may make sense if the guy doing the bidding cared enough to come see the project in the first place instead of sending someone else. I also asked for a bid to build a simple shed dormer on our roof so I could build out the attic. I was told it would still cost $750 to provide that bid. Best of luck guys on running your business. You're going to make millions charging $750 to give bids.
Frequently Asked Questions About Attic Conversions
Can my home accommodate an attic conversion?
Every home is different. Whether your attic is suitable depends on several factors, including your home's structure, the amount of space available, roof pitch, and overall design. We can perform a professional evaluation to determine if your attic can be converted safely and efficiently.
How much does an attic conversion cost?
Pricing depends on your project's size, design specifications, and level of complexity. Converting your existing attic is typically more cost-effective than adding new construction, since the foundation and roof are already in place. We'll develop a comprehensive plan first to establish an accurate budget for your specific project.
Where will the stairs to the attic go?
Staircase location is determined through careful planning that considers your home's current floor plan. We'll design the access to be convenient while ensuring your home's layout remains functional and optimized.
Can I add a bathroom to my attic space?
Adding a bathroom to your converted attic is absolutely possible. Today's plumbing systems and fixtures provide the flexibility to install bathrooms in various attic configurations.
Will my attic conversion meet building codes?
Meeting building codes is essential for ensuring safety and long-term durability. While requirements differ based on your location, we'll work with local building inspectors to confirm your attic conversion complies with all applicable codes and successfully passes all required inspections.
