Rigby was our service technician. He presented himself friendly and competent. Rigby quickly diagnosed and repaired our AC Condenser. Rigby was extremely thorough with our service order and explained the failure, resolve and the value of a scheduled maintenance plan. I appreciate how he explained technical issues where a third grader could understand. I was very pleased that his uniform had an American flag on the sleeve. Great Work and Thank You Rigby!
they estimate way over than other companies, they over charge stuff and i found out they put 2 items that everywhere else charge 1 time because it cime as package which includes both of them.... dont bother yourself to call them and get estimate find another company..

Outstanding service. The technician, Tony, was so polite and friendly. He told me everything he was doing and explained what the problem was. He asked me about any other issues or problems that I was experiencing. He was extremely thorough and did an expert job. He made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Just a great job by Tony and the company. Highly recommend.

Our family has been without hot water for over a week. We were scheduled for a repair today, and at 9:08 a.m. we were notified that our technician would arrive sometime that afternoon.
This is now the third time in the past two years that we’ve gone an extended period without hot water. It’s also the second “new” unit that has been installed and later failed. At this point, it’s hard to view this as an isolated issue.
It rained for approximately one hour, from around 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. By 3:21 p.m., the rain had completely stopped and the sky was clear. That’s when Shawn, who later identified himself as All-Tech’s Customer Service Manager, called to reschedule our appointment because the technicians were concerned about getting the unit wet.
For context, this is an exterior tankless water heater that is permanently mounted outside our home. It sits outside 24 hours a day through rainstorms, snow, wind, hail, and every other weather condition Oklahoma throws at it. Hearing that it couldn’t be repaired because they were concerned about it getting wet made very little sense.
When I tried to explain how frustrating it was to be without hot water for over a week only to have our appointment canceled after the rain had already ended, Shawn repeatedly interrupted me and responded, “I don’t control the weather,” in a rude and condescending tone.
I wasn’t asking him to control the weather. I was asking why an exterior water heater couldn’t be repaired after a brief rainstorm had already passed. When I questioned the decision, he repeatedly referred to “they” wanting to reschedule. When I asked who “they” were, he informed me that he was the Customer Service Manager told to reschedule.
I understand weather can affect scheduling and I respect safety concerns. What I don’t understand is canceling a repair after the weather had cleared, then treating a customer with zero empathy after they’ve already been without hot water for more than a week.
Unfortunately, I lease this property and have no control over the company they use or the inexpensive system that was purchased (from All Tech) and installed. I do want to add up until today, every technician and office staff member I interacted with had been pleasant and professional. Shawn, however, completely overshadowed those positive experiences. It’s concerning that someone representing the company as its Customer Service Manager would speak to customers with such a dismissive and condescending attitude.
Bunch of lying scammers! Paid a hundred bucks for some loser that didn't feel like getting dirty to crawl under my house in a PPE jumpsuit because he "personally didn't feel like it" of getting covered in supposedly human waste and four to five inches of water so they'll send another company, Flood Rescue, to clean it up before they fix my no water problem. His words by the way. I have main a water issue where I have no water in my house and he tried selling me that I also have a sewage issue as well which I don't. I had a another reliable company come by and showed me there's no water or waste under my house other than a single random raccoon dropping. Believe it or not, this gentleman came out more dirty and damp than the Alltech guy in the jumpsuit. You're plumbers, you're meant to get dirty but you rather get dirty in business dealings.
