  Just a mess. Salesman came out and Insisted that I needed a brand new AC unit, which was about $10,000. I foolishly agreed, not knowing any better at the time. Salesman insisted that it could be done on a Saturday despite my insistence that it wasn’t urgent. Turns out he scrabbled together a small skeleton crew of three people who clearly were very confused, and did not know how to install the control pad or the unit itself. Someone had to explain to them over the phone how to install it. Meanwhile, one man was watching and OU game on his phone. They tripped the breaker three times before finally getting the AC unit to turn on. I realized the next day that they had Installed the AC unit severely crooked, and so it had to be redone. This time they left a gas leak. Reported it. A man came out, rudely informed us there was no gas leak, and smelling gas was “normal” 3 days after install. We lived with severe headaches for several more days before finally insisting someone else come out. Turns out there was a LARGE gas leak that had to be corrected. I called to complain. A manager apologized, and claimed he would be there himself to personally oversee everything after so many issues. He never showed up, I never got another call from him, and he sent some poor young guy in his place, who had no idea that I had been told a manager would come, nor that so many issues had occurred, essentially throwing him to a potentially very angry customer without warning. All in all, they had to come out 6 times before everything was actually fixed, because it failed the code inspection twice. And, of course, despite their claims, I actually haven’t saved any money on my electricity bill even after almost a year.

  Their driver was dangerous. Passed in a no passing zone and continued through an intersection in the wrong lane. 5/15 7:55pm west on Alameeda from Thunderbird

  Hayden was awesome, but your office people was not so great and lied several times, still waiting for a manager to call me back. Once again the service tech was awesome.

  Jacob was prompt and very efficient. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Was very glad I had him as a technician today to tune-up my AC unit. Thank you. Ms Thomas, Edmond.

  $650 for a part that retails for $35. Just got it on Amazon and watched a 5 minute YouTube video. Once I’m done I’ll say “heck! I can do this!”. I’ll open my own company and charge everyone $99 per visit and quote ridiculously high fees to scare them. So I’ll collect my $99 and net $89 per client net of costs. If someone hires me, I’ll just subcontract and still make a profit thanks to the high quote. In a couple of months I’ll afford to put my face on TV and get me an AI receptionist. The only thing missing will be a twin brother, but with all the money I’ll make, I’ll just clone myself. #expensive
