The workers were very good and took plenty of time to teach us how to use our new system. The cleaned up the mess they made before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently had Airco Services install a new Kohler generator for me, and I was so impressed that I called them back to come out and do a full check-up on its functioning after installation.
They arrived right on time, were extremely professional and courteous, and clearly knew their stuff when it came to Kohler generators. The technician took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, run multiple tests, explain everything in detail, and make sure everything was operating perfectly. He even answered all my questions and gave me some great maintenance tips for long-term reliability.
Airco Services has been fantastic from the initial install through the follow-up service. Their work is top-notch, and you can tell they genuinely stand behind what they do. If you're in the Oklahoma City area and need generator installation, service, or maintenance, I highly recommend giving Airco Services a call. They’re honest, skilled, and truly customer-focused.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends. Outstanding job!

Branden and his crew showed up on time and worked through the day ( in my hot attic, which got up to almost 120 at one point) to install my new HVAC system. They were professional and clean and communicated with me clearly. They cleaned up inside and outside before leaving and were very respectful and nice. Would recommend!
6/24/26, UPDATE; Management has now contacted us. This issue has been resolved totally to our satisfaction.
Hope your generator never quits during storm season or bitter cold. Our generator quit working on 4/2 and was out until 5/26/26.
First Technician was constantly on phone with another technician for instruction on what to do. After a couple hours another technician came to his rescue. told a part needed to be ordered.
We didn’t hear anything from Airco, followed up on Tuesday, 4/7, 4/8, First the service department didn’t know anything about the 4/2 service .
On 4/16, two weeks post initial service call, we were given another number to call. We were then told the part was ordered and expect it in 5-7 days.
4/22, we were told part is in Dallas, on the dock. Might have it Thursday, Friday.
4/23, part not received in Moore.
4/24, called at 9:43, a.m., to see if part shipped, was told too early. I asked if they could look this up and confirmed shipped from Dallas. Was told not able to look at it. I asked again can we confirm part is on the road?
That did it. 16 business days out and we know nothing. Called and made contact with Jay, Operations Manager. Jay confirmed at 11:28, delivery was expected between 11:15-12:15.
4/24, Two service technicians came to house, installed part and generator STILL WON’T WORK. Need to order another part, which coincidentally was looked at and torn apart on 4/2. Being Friday, 6 pm, part to be ordered Monday morning!
4/27, second part ordered 4/27.
Again it took until 5/26 to install and get generator working. During those 5 weeks, we were the one making contact with Airco, not them contacting us.
What really irritates me is NO ONE STEPS UP TO THE PLATE. We had to call and call and get frustrating ugly. We were informed on 4/24, that a NOTE TO ORDER THE PART SAT ON AN EMPLOYEES DESK FOR 4 DAYS.
In May, while waiting for second part to come in the Operation Manager offered us a one time annual service. On 6/1, Once generator was up and working we replied with a request for four years annual service. Again, no response from the Operation Manager. We have followed up multiple times.
No one has the professional courtesy to tell you shipppng status or call a customer back.

We had Teddy Massey, from Airco, come out and give us a second opinion after a suspiciously drastic and expensive quote was provided by a different company.
Teddy was super professional, very thorough, and did a wonderful (and much appreciated) job explaining his findings to us. He was able to confirm that we didn’t need to go the drastic and expensive route of replacing our entire HVAC system and explained what was actually going on.
So glad to have had him out! He saved us a ton of money and provided peace of mind as we go into the heat of summer.
As an additional note from the specific perspective of a woman - I was home alone when Teddy came to check our system, he was incredibly respectful, not condescending at all, and didn’t ask me once if he needed to talk to my husband instead of me. This is not as common as it should be with techs and it was very much appreciated. While I can’t say that all techs at Airco are like this, Teddy was an absolute gem.
