- KKKristiJul 31, 20263.0We paid for the $30 tune-up. Guys that came out were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Our garage door has not been correct from it’s installation but the special stated that they would straighten & align tracks-I did not see this done, adjust springs & cables-I did not see this done, clear tracks-not seen, lubricate rollers and hinges-this was done, etc. They suggested that replacing my rollers and longer pins would help. So I paid quite a bit extra for this to be done and now my door sounds worse with a metal scraping sound. We were told that whoever installed the garage door opener never put on a heavy bolt and bracket that was needed. We informed them that their company- A1 - was the ones we paid to install the opener in the first place, but this was still not corrected. I have no issue with the workers that came to do the tune-up but our garage door seems worse now than it was before their service.
