I'm only the tenant of the property that some decking was replaced & a new roof put on, but the roof looks GREAT & I no longer have any leaks! Yahoo! The roofers were hard at it all day, it began raining about 6 hrs into their work, & they were hurrying along to cover the the roof. I began having a leak through an air vent in the hallway & they had already left. So I called my Landlord to have them hurry back out here & the Foreman, Steve Moseley & crew quickly turned around & came back. Steve Moseley gave me his number, in the event there were any other issues once they'd completed the job. Thankfully they stuck around & once the rain stopped, they were back at it. Steve gave me his number & told me to contact him, if there were any issues after the job was finished. Steve was very polite, informative, & reassuring me, because I live in a Mobilehome & it was very unsettling with all of the noise & vibrations. I had concerns with the probability of holes/cave ins happening in the ceiling & unfortunately it happened in 2 places close together. Here's my complaint, I immediately let them know, which obviously they were aware of, but I had concerns with breathing the insulation & debris & I asked if it was safe for me to breathe? I was told it'd be fine. I was told someone would be back back out the following day to repair the holes. Well I don't understand why those areas weren't temporarily covered, one larger than the other, but obviously insulation fell outta the ceiling all day long & I'm the one that swept up after it. By the end of the day I had a headache & stuffy nose. I'm disabled, but my nerves were shot during the entire process! I also asked at the end of the day, if they'd sweep & or blow off my deck porch & I was told yes. Well they did an amazing job cleaning all of the yard debris & picking up nails, but my deck porch was not swept/blown off. I had told Steve the following day when he called & he was going to work on getting a blower. He called me back 2.5 hrs later after the guy's left from patching up the 2 ceiling holes & asked if I was satisfied. I was just RELIEVED it was finally done & I had my Home back, no leaks, & holes patched! Again my nerves were shot from the back to back days, so I told Steve to forget about the deck porch. I only wish it had been done the day before whenever I'd asked about it. I wholly respect the hard work everyone done throughout the process, I don't envy their jobs! Overall the roof looks GREAT & if you've ever lived with leaks, you can imagine the RELIEF of having a new roof put on! Thank you A Step Above Roofing! I'm wholly aware everyone has off days & again God Bless them all, for their hard work, a 12 hr day in the heat & humidity, they deserve gratitude! Thank you to Steve Moseley & entire team! God Bless!
