  We had a great experience with Urban Flooring! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Kristie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, answer our questions, and make sure we knew what to expect. Communication was excellent throughout, and we really appreciated how helpful and attentive everyone was. The entire process felt organized and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We would definitely recommend Urban Flooring to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and dependable flooring company!

  I called to see if I could arrange a quote for carpeting in my new home before our movers came to drop off our furniture and the man on the phone (likely 100 years old) immediately gave me about 75 reasons why and how it wouldn't even work. From the timeframe, to the brand, to doing as much as we could virtually (in anticipation for our arrival) it was all a no and just very overwhelming for him. We didn't even get to discussing prices, sq footage, or brands...just an immediate handful of NO's. I happily took my business elsewhere.

  We have used Urban flooring 2 times now. They are super helpful in helping you find what you want, and making sure you get what you are looking for. Christina was very patient with us and helped up get all we need, from vinyl floors, carpet and bathroom tiles. They did it all.

  We used Urban Flooring the first time and was totally impressed! Andrea was very knowledgeable, helpful and truly cared about making us happy with our tile selection as well as the removal of our old tile and installation and of our new tile. The installers, Daniel and Francisco were professional, timely, are very respectful of our property. Most of the time when we hire work to be done, we are disappointed and would never hire them again. Urban Flooring is one that we will definitely use again for all our flooring needs.
