  Quoted over 19k for a 4 ton unit basically feel ripped off for a 100 dollar charge you guys are 10-13 k higher than everyone else that is ridiculous and horrible business practices i was referred to you by family and I'm hoping they won't use you either after seeing the rates you are charging! Disgusting after y'all came out i had 2 more companies still 11-12 cheaper ....y'all try to take advantage of people in a time of need! Shop around people

  Owens Comfort Solutions came through when I really needed them! I came home to a house that was 85 degrees, and they came out ASAP and got me fixed up. By that evening, we were back to normal and comfortable again. Their pricing is great too. Highly recommend Owens Comfort Solutions for fast, reliable, and affordable service!

  I bought a new heat and air system from them about a year ago. Less then 2 months later, the had to replace the whole outside unit with a new one. Fast forward to last Sunday (8-9), call them out to look at the system because it was not keep up with temperature setting. First technician came and said the unit was low on refrigerant and added some. He said our warranty would expire in a few days and recommended a service plan. The next day (8-10) the same thing happened. System couldn't keep up with set temperature. Called them back out on Monday (8-11). A different technician said he couldn't find anything wrong but said our coils were a little dirty. Charged me 250 to clean them, not sure why the first guy didn't say anything, which I thought was weird. Well on 8-12, we still have the same issue. The unit is not staying at temp. They want to say it's because of the outside temperature causing the issue but we have had over 35+ days of over a100 degrees with no issues. Explain that! I'm 12k plus in on new system, 250 for a coil clean, and still have the same problem with a less than a year old system about to be out of warranty. No sure another call out would render anything new.

  $25,000 what!! Darek quoted my mother $25,000 for a new unit. My mom has a freon leak and they did not diagnose or try to find the leak before recommending a new unit. Still, $25,000 was quoted! Beware if you know someone that is looking for a repair or new unit and this is the first place they call. Please call around. By what my mom was saying, Darek was one heck of a great car salesman and had her convinced. He was going to get her signed up to finance. She's widowed and retired and didn't have my dad's input. She called two other companies and both were $12k-$16k less for brand new units. When my mom told Darek this, he said he could get the price down to $15,500?? So just like that he could take off almost $10,000? No way. Let this be a sign to check in on your loved ones if they are looking to make home repairs. I'm sure this is not the only company that could pull off a good scam. Owens Comfort Solution has good reviews, yes, but they probably also don't try to rip off people that have some HVAC knowledge. Again, check in with loved ones that may need help making a decision and ask questions.

  If your looking for a reputable and professional Heat/Air Company, Owens Comfort Solution is it!! I called in the morning and they sent someone out in the afternoon. They were friendly, thorough and honest in there work. (Not to mention they answered my 101 questions!) I had another Company tell me I needed a new AC Unit. (My unit is 5 years old!!!) All I needed was the cores cleaned out and some refrigerant!!! That's it!!! They also have a Membership you can join, where they come out every 6 months and check your AC, Heat, Electrical and Plumbing. They are truly a one stop shop! And when it came to the bill....VERY REASONABLE!!!!!!! Call them, you won't be sorry!!!!! So remember folks ..OWENS COMFORT SOLUTIONS!!!!!!
