Zeke was great. Came home Friday night to no AC, called Owens and explained I had to be at work at 6 AM Saturday morning. The on call after hours tech was busy with other calls, Owens called another tech who wasn't even on call (Zeke) who came out at 1030 at night and got us taken care of. Zeke did a great job, had a great attitude even though it was so late. Great service all around.

As always, the service is excellent. We know that Denver does an excellent job and we can count on it being done correctly. The price was higher than expected but the some other issues came up, and we were glad he found them. Without his expertise, we would have worse issues in the near future. We trust this company and the people who come out and do the work. Thank you

Zeke has been our tech twice this week, once at our old house and once at our new one. We scheduled HVAC tune-ups and asked for a second opinion about work that another company told us was needed earlier in the week. Zeke went above and beyond, checking and rechecking our system at our old home to confirm it is working great with zero refrigerant leaks (unlike what the other guys told me). He inspected the ductwork done by the other guys so I could have peace of mind about that, too. He replaced our filters, hosed down the exterior units, tested everything, and provided lots of good info and recommendations - all things the other guys didn't do, despite charging us for it. We ended up having Owens replace a capacitor on one of our units at our current home, since it appeared to be close to failing, but Zeke was honest and explained we could wait to do it later if we wanted to. 100% would recommend this company for routine service or repairs.

My A/C stopped working overnight. I called several companies, urgently trying to get an available technician to my home as soon as possible. As one could imagine, that was not an easy task when the temperatures have been above 100 degrees for several consecutive days. Owens Comfort Soulution was able to arrive at my home within a few hours. Eric showed up on time, was very professional, and quickly repaired my system. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the availability, professionalism, and cost of the service that I received today. I highly recommend this company.
