  More than likely will not ever do business with this company again. I purchased $500 worth of materials to have a bathroom floor installed and no one has contacted me in a week. I keep calling and asking for someone to come out and install my tile and I get the runaround every time I call. Joel has told me he would call me three times. Haven't heard from him yet. My supplies are still sitting on my front porch.Beware!

  Joel worked with me and let me know what would work in my budget. The countertop fit perfectly from Jerrot's template. Both were quick to respond to my questions. Good communication from everyone throughout the project. Everyone, including subcontractors, were professional, friendly. This was the only company I found that would do an overlay instead of a total tear out. Highly recommend and would use again.

  This is gotta be one of the best companies that is owned and run in Oklahoma. These people are great. They saved me $10,000 on a remodel over other companies and the people are nice and they’re just dependable. I will never as long as I live, use any other company for a remodel or any other thing that I need done for my house.

  We recently had our kitchen countertops replaced by Oklahoma Discount Flooring & Countertops, and overall we had a very positive experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and easy. Everyone we worked with during the initial information gathering, estimate, and templating stages was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their team communicated well, answered our questions, and made what could have been a stressful renovation feel straightforward. Their schedule was understandably very busy, but when they learned that the installation timing was close to my birthday, they found a way to fit us in sooner. That extra effort was genuinely appreciated and showed they care about their customers. Unfortunately, that busy schedule also led to a temporary setback. A newer subcontractor crew, who we understand was hoping to earn a contract with Oklahoma Discount Flooring & Countertops, was sent for our project. During both the countertop and backsplash demolition and the countertop installation, the crew seemed rushed. Initially, the countertop appeared fine, but once the backer board installation began the following day, concerns became apparent. We noticed large gaps between the countertop and wall, the countertop appeared slightly out of alignment, and backer board had been installed instead of the Sheetrock we had specifically requested. What truly sets this company apart is how they responded when concerns were raised. When I contacted the three team members I had been working with, they took the issues seriously and immediately sent a manager to inspect everything. Their response was incredibly fast. They addressed the concerns directly with the subcontractor while at our home, sent their countertop installation project manager, Jerott, out the very next day, and made the decision not to allow that subcontractor back on the project. Jerott personally stayed to oversee and correct the countertop placement as well as several secondary issues. His commitment to making things right was impressive and greatly appreciated. The plumber also did an outstanding job, quickly and cleanly modifying the sink plumbing to fit our new sink configuration. The drywall team followed right behind, replacing the backer board with Sheetrock quickly, professionally, and with very little disruption. What could have become a major renovation nightmare was turned around in just two days by a team that genuinely cared about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Every employee we dealt with was friendly, professional, apologetic when necessary, and efficient throughout the process. No company is perfect, and sometimes issues happen during renovations. What matters most is how those issues are handled. Oklahoma Discount Flooring & Countertops demonstrated that they stand behind their work, take customer concerns seriously, and are willing to do what it takes to make things right. Thanks to their efforts, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen that we absolutely love.
