  I have had a very poor experience with Mill Creek. I ordered tile several months ago and paid for delivery to my house which took place while I was away for a work trip. When I returned a couple weeks ago and started working on my house, I noticed that I was short an entire pallet of material. I can’t imagine how this was even possible. When I showed up last week for answers, they apologized, told me it has been sitting in their warehouse for the last 4 months and that it would arrive this Wednesday. When no one showed up yesterday, I called to find out that the delivery truck apparently dropped it off and left it at the store. It was then suggested that I come pick it up myself to which I explained that I had paid for delivery and had no means to pick it up, let alone the interest in hand loading and unloading 36 boxes of tile into and out of a vehicle by myself. I was then told I would get a call that evening about scheduling the delivery. I never received a call. I then showed up this morning and was hastily told it would be here today. It has arrived but this has been a truly awful experience. I am dreading having to call back with any further problems and would have much rather returned the material and bought from an entirely different store. I thought this would be pretty straightforward but have been unpleasantly surprised by the lack of communication and coordination. I can’t believe they not only forgot an entire pallet of material, but also never investigated why it was sitting in their warehouse for the last 4 months. Even if I had caught it initially, I still don’t know how they missed it in the first place. What pushed me over the edge is that even after I agreed to receive my material the next week since it was more convenient for them, they still dropped the ball several more times after that. If I ever have to pester a business about getting something I paid for, I feel like I chose the wrong business. I paid for thousands of dollars of material and felt like more of after thought or a problem that they hoped would just go away. I did initially receive good service and I enjoyed talking with the sales team, but now I feel like I was let down in a big way and have just received empty apologies and condolences. It just doesn’t seem like this store cares about my business.

Marissa L. did an excellent job helping us select the right carpet and coordinating the room measurements and installation date. The installation team arrived early, worked quickly, and were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They communicated thoroughly and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished result. We highly recommend Mill Creek Carpet & Tile to anyone looking to have a room recarpeted quickly and easily. Their service from selection through installation was outstanding.

  Great products and very quick service. Liked the personal service and the store has so much variety in products. Got flooring there recently and very happy with it.
