- CDC D6 days ago5.0Shayne did a great job of bringing our ac system up to good working condition. Maintenance had apparently been neglected by the previous owner and he got us fixed up. I don’t know how he managed in all the heat. I would definitely trust him with our system in the future. He was the second guy from Arthurs to do great work for us.

He immediately found the issue and fixed it in no time with great explanation of everything. They also charged me a very reasonable rate for the job. I can't recommend him and this company enough. I am extremely grateful!
- JMJacob MichaelsJul 1, 20261.0Please read this before choosing this company The people working for this company are extremely nice I cannot deny this they are extremely polite on the way they jip you out of your money they will do it with a smile on their face and openly admit that yes the part does cost $40 but I'm going to charge $500 not including tax for a switch that they had broke on my air conditioning unit then they were unable to complete my diagnosis because of it and to this day they have not finished it and they want us to repair the part that they had broke save yourself the time the headache and the money and just go with an option that's going to serve you correctly and not price gouged everything for what it's worth you have all been warned

They were very responsive, worked with the leak detection company and had our slab leak repaired and our water back on within two days. Blake went over and beyond explaining everything he was doing and was very professional. I highly recommend Arthur’s for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
- JVJosie VitielloJun 17, 20265.0We initially called because our AC stopped working(even though we religiously change the filter every 3 mos, we were still accumulating too much dust...tha lack of airflow froze the coils.) Arthur's got someone out the same day which was on a weekend. Amazingly quick.Eric Thompson,-our tech told us about an AIR SCRUBBER that uses UVC lights to kill bacteria, allergens, anything on dNA.)We are members, saves a lot of money. Today he came back to install the air scrubber. He was not only insanely knowledgeable. He explained things in detail. He was so kind, respectful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I've been in the same profession for 29 yrs, still LOVE my career. Eric seems to LOVE what he does, and IT SHOWS!! HE is a valuable asset to any company he works for!!! We look forward to having him come for any issues we have in the future.
