  These guys are crooks. They sold my mom a $40000 system for my house to be installed before be moved in. Once we moved in, we let her know that it was not working. Some rooms were very hot(84 degrees) and some rooms were ice cold(59 degrees) She called them back, and they told her the things that were required to balance the air conditioning throughout the house were not "included in contract," even though the salesman had explained to her, step-by-step, how they would balance the air in her house.They also told her that the people who sold her this system no longer work with the company. How convenient. They are aware of the issue and have no intention of correcting the situation. Call this company if you want to pay forty thousand dollars for a system that only heats one room in your house.

  Repair technician was courteous in nature and knowledgeable of the problems with the AC unit. He repaired the AC unit with his expertise . All is good at this point. If I need further HVAC service I will call PaschalAir, Plumbing and Electrical.

  Fantastic experience , Called late for an appointment and not only did I get one the same day he came early. Archie did a great job and i will ask for him personally next time.Thank you for being there when we needed you.

  It was such a pleasure to have a couple of the Paschal Air and Electric technicians come out to talk about my HVAC and electric upgrades. Jenna and Archie helped explain what would work for the HVAC and Jenna wrote a quote with 4 different setups that I could choose from. Basic to high efficiency. Standard American equipment from Trane. Thank you Jenna for explanations and the different quotes! Special thanks to Archie for cleaning the contacts on my unit and getting it running! Kory (electric) came today to look at my electric panel to move it and gave me a quote for that and also talked about a new water heater and water filtration system. Plus a few items that were on my want list for future plans. Thanks Kory. Such a great afternoon talking to you. I've had my mind made up to get these upgrades all at the same time and look forward to working with all of you. Love your company with all the needs I have under one roof! Electric, plumbing and HVAC. I like your monthly protection plan too. The choices are well defined and any one would be a great choice for peace of mind. It sure beats shopping around every time an issue pops up, which it will! One call and I have an electrician, plumber or HVAC scheduled to come out. Thats a good company!

  The technician was nice but the business model is clearly a sales program and not based on the customers request for repair and maintenance. He walked around the house trying to up-sale every aspect of our home. We were told we needed to replace BOTH AC units before he even serviced them, which is super suspicious. The quote for a minor repair was nearly $1200. We paid the service fee and have called for a second opinion on the issue.
