  Thank you for getting all my systems upgraded! I got the works! Electrical panel relocated, water heater replaced, and HVAC replaced. All done on the same day! I had Paschal trucks lining both sides of the street. The techs did a great job. They even stopped midday to let my dogs out for a backyard break! Such a pleasure to not worry about any of them. Plus, I have the yearly plan to schedule maintenance of all my new systems. All reasonably priced. Im very happy to have all the services under one company. One call for any problems that could pop up. Special shout out to Chris and Cory (electric). Reese? for HVAC. And techs for Water Heater. Very polite, quiet and efficient. Sorry I forgot names, there were so many of you! Appreciate the hard work you do.

  Archie was very helpful and informative. He was super understanding of all of my questions and concerns. If I ever have any other issues in the future, he's the guy I trust to come back out to service my home!

  I contacted Paschal after my AC stopped blowing cold air. I had referred Paschal to others in the past, and was hopeful for a positive experience. Instead, I was told there were several issues with my system (3 yrs old). * Freon leak in the copper condenser pipe. * Incorrect coils previously installed. * Attached plumbing needed replacement. I was provided a repair quote for $3,400 and alternatively presented an estimate to replace part of the system for $7,000. I paid for the leak detection and stated I would get a second opinion. Two other companies came out and agreed that Paschal's diagnosis was wildly inaccurate. I was also advised that their $3,400 estimate duplicated things across varying operations. The freon leak was coming from the OEM coils - and the coils could be replaced under warranty. The copper condenser pipe had no issues. My system was repaired by a different company for labor cost + freon. Before submitting this review, I contacted Paschal privately and requested a refund of the leak detection service since it was inaccurate. After a week, I have received no response. Instead, I received a solicitation email asking me to refer others to Paschal.

  Several HVAC Companies came out including one who installed and welded a too small freon line to the unit which blew the Condenser an $1800 bill no fault of ours; because there was never a freon leak. Then a $12,000 estimate because now we needed a new unit! All happened because of a bad contractor who could not look at the unit and diagnose! They also removed and took with them the HVAC new filters which were installed and left it without filters. Another third HVAC rep came and wouldnt go into the crawl space; but immediately saw the plume wasnt connected to the unit from the hallway (other company never saw) and noticed the freon line was too small. This it was freezing up the unit and blew the condenser unit. He refused to touch the prior company’s bad work. Next we Called Pascahl’s and he (Archie) arrived who diagnosed it in about 8-10 minutes. I went and put my hand on the vent. He put the plume back to where it belonged/attached and immediately we had AC that wasnt going under the house, but was now going through the vents. Not a $12,000 fix and the $1800 fix is now going to cost me to pay Paschal’s. All over a unit that was under warranty and now is not…a bad HVAC company saying they fixed something—instead they damaged it. I will just call Pascahl’s in the future and get it right the first time! Thank you Archie for diagnosing and recognizing the issue!
