  Very professional and efficient! They did a very thorough job. The only thing is I prefer an itemized invoice instead of a package price. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

  I chose this company because I expected honest and professional service, but my experience was very disappointing. Before the repair began, I was told the job would take approximately three hours at $155 per hour, plus the cost of materials. Based on that explanation, I negotiated the total price to $550 and agreed to proceed. After the work was completed, I reviewed my security camera footage. The technician was at my property for a total of about 69 minutes. Even including the time spent leaving to purchase parts, the entire visit from arrival to completion was only about 1 hour and 34 minutes. There was no need to open any walls, and the plumbing was fully accessible. I understand that some plumbing companies use flat-rate pricing. However, that was not how the price was presented to me. I agreed to the $550 charge because I was told the repair would require approximately three hours of labor. Based on what actually occurred, I believe the labor estimate was significantly overstated, and that estimate directly influenced my decision to approve the work. I contacted the company and requested an explanation and a fair adjustment, but I have not received a response. Customers deserve accurate estimates and transparent pricing before agreeing to a repair. I hope the company will improve its communication and treat future customers more honestly and fairly.
