  This has been the most horrible service ever! We purchased a new AC unit in July 2025 *The technician they sent didn’t connect the duct work to the upstairs Broke the door to the attic never said anything we just noticed a couple days later Winter comes and we get ready for bed turn on the heat only to find it was not connected had to sleep in freezing temps Summer comes they come to service it only to find out they never put filters in the unit when they installed it Last week the upstairs temperature rose to 85 while the thermostat was set to 74 call them they can’t come until the 24th yesterday Technician comes out changes settings leaves the attic door open says that’s why the temp is now 80 should cool off since he fixed the issue He leaves Houses get HOTTER 86 up and 80 down comes back only to find he trip some wires in the attic Fast forward today things seem fine I adjust the downstairs thermostat up by 1 degrees and the house starts to heat up all over again…. Upstairs is now at 83 downstairs at 80 … unit running but not cooling down the house Call their emergency number we will send someone out in the morning but if you don’t hear from us by 10 am call us back Sad sad sad we paid you in full for the unit that apparently is a lemon And the service has been awful Hired new technicians or refund us so we can get a qualified company! Not only are we hot but our electricity bill is being impacted!

  JJ arrived in the timeframe I was given! A very friendly and professional young man! He did above and beyond to figure out why my thermostat would not shut off after it reached the desired temp! He installed a temporary one until a new one can be installed! Very personable - called and got Nick to give me an estimated cost of a new system! Overall very professional company and willing to work with you to get the best possible price! Gave several options to choose from! Can’t wait to get a new system up and running!!   Excellent service, technician showed up in a timely manner. Capacitor was replaced and unit was back up and running. If it wasn’t the weekend and 100 degree heat I would have went to Locke Supply purchase capacitor for 22.00 versus paying 380.00 that I was charged. I understand that the company must make money but this was robbery in my opinion. Lesson learned and thank God I had the money to pay the technician.

  My visit today with Diego was absolutely perfect. He came over to change my filters and then when he checked my AC unit, he found some things that needed to be fixed and he fixed them and probably saved me from a really bad thing happening and then having to sit here and not have any AC wouldn’t have just been awful, but thanks to Diego. It’s all fixed and running perfectly. He couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you, Diego and thank you Nick Hebensperger two really good guys.
