  I scheduled an appointment with AllTech Plumbing, Heat and Air due to water dripping under the house from the HVAC unit and due to the unit starting to have a bad smell in some of the vents. David came out and did a thorough job of looking at the unit, coil, drip line and also using his camera to look at the inside of the duct work. He explained all of the diagnostics he was doing and provided options for the work to be done. I would recommend David and AllTech Plumbing, Heat and Air to anyone needing HVAC work done.

  Professional is where I start this. In July of 2025 our air conditioner went out and let’s just say after months of fighting with a home warranty company that refused to help us Alltech stepped in and fixed the problem at no cost to us. They said we should not have to suffer for the home warranty company unwillingness to help. Since then we have had a couple issues (like all new installations do) and Alltech has responded the same day or next day and resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend Alltech to fix your issues they are professional and stand for what is right.

  Might've taken a while for them to figure out why my kitchen plumbing was backing up in our tub while other areas of the house were fine. But because they didn't give up and did a lot diagnosis and services that we weren't charged for after paying for something that didn't fix the problem, we got fixed without additional costs. To all employees and supervisor that we had interactions with, thank you for being the most polite, care about our house, and kept going until it was without a doubt fixed..THANK YOU!!!

  Tanner B and his crew of Xavier and Jace (sorry if misspelled) were awesome. They replaced my old furnace that was on its last leg and had been poorly installed years ago with multiple code violations. Tanner assured me that everything would be done correctly and brought up to code. He was very polite and dedicated to his craft. The after photos he showed me were night and day difference, great quality work. They also replaced my old AC unit. The new one is beautiful. These guys also knocked out this entire job in just under 5 hrs! In nearly 90 degree weather to boot. Very hardworking guys! I'm very much satisfied with the finished results. Much appreciated!!

When a work order comes through the dispatch center, I have full confidence that the person arriving understands the equipment and will get the job done right. And if something isn’t resolved on the first visit, they address it quickly and without hesitation. What sets this team apart is reliability. They show up—weekends, Sundays, holidays, and in tough conditions like rain, snow, and icy roads. That level of commitment matters. The scheduling and dispatch staff also deserve recognition. They keep everything organized, responsive, and moving efficiently, which makes a big difference on the front end. Overall, Altech is dependable, customer-focused, and solution-driven. I appreciate the consistency and professionalism across the entire team. Five stars.
