  The repairman quickly found the problem with my air-conditioning. He discussed some options for the repairs with us. Due to my home warranty, my replacement parts may take up to six weeks to get here. We decided not to wait on the refurbished condenser the Home warranty was going to provide. We purchased a hvac system from AllTech. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a great job.

  Terry is who we always request. Very knowledgeable and courteous, after a long hot work day, having to climb in our hot attic, but did so without complaints and stayed to answer any questions as well. Diagnosed and repaired our AC unit quick and efficient. Very clean and presents himself very well. . Thank you!.

  My a/c was not cooling. The outside temp was105 degrees. I contacted AllTech. They were able to send a technician out the following day. Justus came out the next day. Not only did he do an excellent job but he arrived before the scheduled time. He did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and my options and it didn’t take a long time. I tried to contact my regular a/c company several times. No luck. I think I’ve found a new a/c company.

  *UPDATED:* 5 stars! Rescheduled appointment and showed up at 11:15 AM. JJ (technician) went through the system checks, explained what he was doing and answered questions I asked. Going to put this at 2 1/2 stars for now and see.Service window was 8 AM - 1 PM and main office scheduling prevented any work from completed. I was notified at 11 AM tech was in route, called at 12 PM they were still in route and they showed up at 1 PM.

Great energy and you can tell they take pride in their business and work ethically to earn customers trust. I will recommend Alltech to everyone I know or come across that may need service. Fast and efficient and highly effective. Thank you Ethan and Aiden for coming by today as well to resolve our garbage disposal issue and giving me a consultation and quote for the replacement and reverse osmosis system.
