  Alltech is absolutely amazing. They hire reliable, dependable and trustworthy people. Carey had to come out and replace my thermostat and he was nothing but professional from the time he knocked on my door to I’ll the time he left. He answered all my questions proficiently and efficiently. Thank you.

  I want to commend the following team members for stellar service and follow up: Bailey, Jesse, Seth, and Briana. They come across as your friendly next door neighbor. Being GENUINELY enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their job, and providing top notch service, care, and concern is something that is RARE to find and/or see nowadays. If they are face of All Tech in Lawton, then you will have a lot of business in the years to come. I was pleased to engage in conversation with them on a professional and spiritual level during our interaction.   I wish I could give it 3.5 stars. The only complaint I have is that they were scheduled to come on Thursday morning at 8, at 9:30 I called and they assured me they were still coming, at 10:30 I get a call saying that they are not coming anymore and that they would be there the next day. I asked for the service manager to give me a call so I could clarify details about what happens if the job isn’t finished Friday if they would be coming back Saturday to finish. But after being told twice that he would call me he never did. So I had to take another day off of work but they busted their butts to ensure the job was done correctly and that day. Other than that the two guys that came were great answered any questions I had and were very friendly. My complaint lies directly with the service manager and scheduling department if they had told me in the morning rather than three and a half hours later I could’ve gone to work no problem and had the service manager called me I would’ve had details about if they would’ve come Saturday or not.
