Living in a neighborhood with over 400 other homes I can assure you the quality of a Jenks Fence can be noticed from the curb in comparison to their competitors. (and especially the DIYer's!) Competitive price. Good communication and quality installation.

But the communication was terrible and the experience felt extremely unprofessional because of the following: 1) I was told the crew would come one day. No one showed and I didn't receive a call or any communication. I left a voicemail and eventually emailed the operations manager, Justin, after I hadn't heard anything days later. 2) I received a voicemail at 8 AM on a Saturday from Justin saying the crew could do some work that day. I didn't see the message until the afternoon and let him know Saturday wouldn't work since we prefer having work done on weekdays. This is so I can make sure I'm at the house. Only to find out later that he sent the crew over even though he hadn't heard back from me. I let him know I needed future work to be confirmed first. He didn't apologize or acknowledge it. 3) Justin asked me if a day would work for the staining. I say yes, but only if the crew could be finished by 2:30 PM since I had to leave around then. Otherwise it would need to be a different day. I found out that the crew showed up after 2:30 PM and didn't leave until 5:30 or so. I emailed Justin asking why the work was done that day when I specifically said finished before 2:30 PM or it wouldn't work. Waited a week for a response and nothing. If you value communication and like to know when workers will be at your house and in your backyard, I suggest avoiding this company. Edit: I was notified Jenks Fence replied. It seems they deleted their response but I have the preview where they claim I’m exaggerating and lying. So I included screenshots of my emails to back up my experience. Emphasis on unprofessional.
