- CCCorinna Carlburg2 days ago1.0Jenks Fence Company created a huge and unnecessary mess with my project. They came out, measured BOTH sides of my backyard, gave me a full estimate, and told me the down‑payment amount. There were two witnesses besides myself who saw the measurements. But when they showed up to do the job, they only completed ONE side of the yard — and still charged me the full estimated cost AND the down payment. When I called to ask why the other side wasn’t done (no one was home at the time), they came back out and finished it — but then charged me another down payment and another full payment, creating TWO separate bills. They are now trying to charge me double the original quote for the exact same job they measured and priced as one project. I have explained this to them repeatedly, and they still refuse to correct the billing. I will never use Jenks Fence Company again, and I strongly discourage anyone I care about from hiring them. They also did not close the gap in the very backyard where the fence meets the neighbor's backyard fence.
