Great service, especially from Jacob! Incredibly knowledgeable and kind technician, did not overcharge by any means and came out to finish a different job at no charge, just for “doing the right thing”.

We had Gary's replace our complete heat pump and AC system on the 4th of August (in the middle of a scorching heat wave). The crew showed up at 8:30am as promised and started tearing out the 20 yr old system. By 3pm, the brand new unit was humming so quiet I was questioning whether it was working properly. The crew cleaned up the entire area after themselves and were generally a great bunch of folks to be around. They patiently answered all my questions about HVAC stuff to my satisfaction. As a bonus, my electric bill for the month of August was 12.93% lower than last year. Considering the number of days we've been over 100° in the past 30 days, and that generally electric costs have risen since last year, I consider that a win! If you are on the fence about which company to choose for your HVAC system, do yourself a favor and contact Gary's first! They will treat you right.

Best HVAC Company in the area! Reasonably priced, nice clean-cut team arrived on time to quote and to do the work. I would recommend them to everyone.
