There was a little bump along the way, in that we had picked out a granite from them originally and a few days before install they informed us the granite was damaged. We then had to go and try and find a similar granite because our back splash was selected according to the colors in the granite. After looking at several different granite companies we found a similar one at Pinnacle. Friends was very reasonable with their rates and gave us a discount for our trouble. I would have given 5 stars had there have been better communication through the whole process, but overall I was happy with their work and would use them again!!
