  I contacted Red River Roofing to get a look at my wind and hail damaged roof. Their response was immediate. The sales representative Cody, was highly knowledgeable and helped me understand the issues with my roof without high pressure gimmicks. I am waiting on an estimate and feel no need to “shop around” for other estimates. I am looking forward to working with Red River Roofing and have absolutely no doubt they will perform and complete any work with complete professionalism.

  Ben Nix came out and inspected a leak on my roof. I live in edmond and I had another roofer come out before Red River and they couldn’t figure it out and Red River did. After the leak was found they came out fixed the leak and all is good now. Highly recommend Red River Roofing.

  We have used Red River Roofing a couple of times for our roofing needs. Both times we have had the pleasure of working with sales rep Chris Hughes. He is always excellent to work with. He gets our quotes and service performed in a timely manner. We have always been happy with the quality of work performed and would recommend RRR to friends and family.

  Red River Roofing siding and windows sent Ben Nix out to my home in Yukon to inspect my roof. He’s very thorough in his inspection and showed me photos of damage and he consulted me on how the insurance process works, I have never filed a claim before and it was very confusing, but he made it easy.

  Be Very Wary My mom is a widowed 90-year-old woman. She no longer drives, has some health and memory issues and uses a walker to help her get around. She is needing new siding and a roof on her house. I helped her set up appointments from 3 companies to come out to give quotes for the work needed. We selected Red River Roofing to do the work. We worked with the sales rep on selecting colors. Afterwards, he brought us a Contract to sign outlining the work to be done. The Contract was signed and a check for the down payment, (40% of the estimated total) was handed over so that the work could be scheduled. The sales guy said that a project manager would be assigned and he would contact us to look over the job, get materials ordered and to get us a scheduled start date. After not hearing from him for about a week I reached out to him for an update. I was told that the job was on-hold and asked if our sales guy had contacted me. I told him no and he said that he would follow up with him. Within the hour, I received a call from the sales guy. He told me that Red River was going through a price increase for both labor and materials as he was working on our quote. As a result, the numbers that he used were not the right ones and that he was going to have to add another almost $2000.00 to our estimate. I promptly told him NO and that I wanted a refund of our deposit and that we would find another company to do the work needed. I was raised with the value and understanding that a man’s word and a handshake were just as binding as a written contract. Failure to honor a promise made like that would surely go against your honor and dignity and probably keep you out of the line to the Pearly Gates. So, it utterly amazes me that a company like this would not honor a formal written quote from an authorized employee, a signed contract, and a cashed deposit check for a profit margin caused by an error on their part. In my opinion, after the quote has been accepted, the contract signed, and the deposit check has been cashed, it’s far too late to go back to the customer asking for more money. Because of this, Red River Roofing has lost our business forever and I cannot recommend them as a honest and trustworthy company for anyone to use.
