  Red River Roofing took advantage of the sellers of my new house and left me the buyer hanging. Sellers had a contract with Red river roofing of $35,000 to repair all existing soffit damage replace gutters and replace roof. They delayed the sale of the house by not showing up when scheduled and put me in a situation of closing the day after the roof was installed. Roofers finished in one day and never came back to repair damage to soffit during tear off of roof and other finishing touches. Gutter installation was done after I moved in and was flawless work. Linn was on site the day I closed and assured me all the damages, some adjustments on vents and finishing touches would be repaired and finished. Unfortunately for me they haven't been back. I was initially impressed that they rooffed a 2272 sq ft home in one day but thats what it turned out to be a rushed job. I was patient but eventually called to follow-up with both Linn and the company and have been ghosted going on almost a month. I didn't pay for the job so I guess I am not there customer and can't depend on them to finish and back up there work. I would like to see a representative of this company to come out here look at there work and tell me this is the kind of work they do.

  Our house in OKC got hit hard last month during the wind storm. Hayden K from RedRiver came out and help us design a new roof and siding and everything looks amazing! Thank you Hayden and Red River!

  Hayden was absolutely amazing to work with! He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process so easy. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend Hayden and his roofing company!

  Stephen is a great representative for Red River Roofing. He is professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer questions without making you feel pressured. Options are explained clearly and he is courteous throughout the entire process. Although I’m not moving forward with a roof replacement at this time, I appreciate Stephen’s time and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone looking to learn more about their options.

  Chris McLemore has been the most honest and to the point account manager we have come across to date! Ultimately, we went with another local option due to price, however, Chris’ resourcefulness and availability made it a tough choice for us. He always had an answer and a willingness to assist. We look forward to hopefully working with Chris and Red River in the future.
