  We had David out for stuff in two showers, a toilet And a main big leak that may have been a clog. He said he thinks it was a clog and was helpful with the toilet and the showers! As long as we do not get a huge leak again, we are very satisfied with his help! $89 diagnostic fee is the same for all plumbing businesses and I think it would be better at $80 with the price of everything in the world these days but that's not on him to decide. The price is waived if a service is done and the services are VERY overpriced for items and labor, hopefully these people make a good amount to live off of per th3 pricing to do anything. Replacing a faucet on a tub is around $300. The other things we needed were much more than that and even more if they provide the material. (A lot more than it cost for the materials is charged,I suggest you provide your own). We had him out for plumbing, I do like that this company does more than plumbing and HVAC, they actually offer a lot of services! We may have to have someone come check out ducts and hopefully it's him if it's good skillset! I did provide another number to be called for when the service tech was on the way and reminders but mine was called. That was a bit irritating.

  He was great, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to figure out 2 of the issues. Hopefully the resolution is correct and we can get it fixed! Thank you David! Had a sleeping Mom of a newborn who was up until early morning hours and he was conscious of voice level when going through the room she was sleeping in. I would like to have him again if we have more issues. He is also honest. Can't beat that in this world!

  David from Paschal AP&E came and did a very thorough check of all my plumbing concerns and provided great detailed explanations and solutions. Ive had other companies come in the past and I really feel like David did a much thorough diagnostic check than others. I highly recommend Paschal AP&E for anyone looking for great knowledgeable service

  Came out quickly. Unfortunately the noise I ws hearing was not making it at this time. They were very helpful on getting a plumber out today on short notice with no charge. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I recommend Paschal for all your air, plumbing, and electric.

  Kory was very professional! He took the time to explain everything he was going to do. He offered recommendations for additional services without pressuring me into taking the recommendations. He also explained how the recommended work would bring my home up to code as code requirements change over time.
