  I contacted Groundworks after two unsuccessful attempts at getting an estimate from another company. The Groundworks receptionist immediately set up an appointment for an inspection. Despite rain and storms, Mark Teal from Groundworks made the 2 1/2-hour trip to our location. Mark was very friendly and easy to talk too. He asked lots of questions and performed a thorough inspection of the inside, outside and under the house. At no time did we feel he was rushing to get done. Once the inspection was complete, Mark showed us where the problems were with the house, what could be done to fix them, and how the crew will implement the plan. He covered everything including warranties to the company's history. We felt well informed and didn't have any questions after his departure. We are looking forward to working with Groundworks.

  Our home needed foundation repairs, so I contacted Groundworks for an estimate. Brendan Ezell (CFI) took the time to sit down with us, ask detailed questions, and fully understand our needs and goals for the project. He clearly explained the tools he would use to evaluate and map our home's foundation, as well as the repairs that might be needed. Once we decided to move forward, he kept us informed about the scheduling process and what to expect. When it came time for the repairs, Devon Crittenden (Foreman), Jared Alvarez, and Juan Valerio (Installers) arrived to complete the work. Throughout the entire project, communication was excellent, and the crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Groundworks and appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire team.

  I had an excellent experience with Pat Morrison. He was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the foundation issues and provided a clear, detailed, and unambiguous estimate of the recommended repairs. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or confusion—just honest information and a clear understanding of what needed to be done and why. Pat was courteous, responsive, and clearly took pride in his work. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone needing a foundation inspection or repair estimate

  I am so happy that I chose GROUNDWORKS for my fountain needs. James Durocher(CFI) throughly inspected my home providing a plan for my entire project. The pier crew Josh Moore(foreman), Cody Wall(co- foreman) and Antonio Anaya were respectful and answered all my questions. The poly crew Kaly Wood(foreman) and Jared Alvarez were also very respectful answering all my concerns. Each step was stress free made possible by the wonderful crew(s).Would definately recommend GROUNDWORKS!

  Pat Morrison provided exceptional service to us when inspecting our home and foundation. He called ahead to confirm our appointment, arrived punctually, gave us an accurate estimate of the time the inspection would take, and then conducted a thorough walkthrough and assessment of our situation. He was well-prepared, knowledgeable, and personable, but not pushy. He patiently fielded several questions , provided a cost estimate with a couple of options, and made sure we were satisfied with everything before leaving. We are extremely satisfied with his service and the company.
