  We called them around 5:45pm on a Saturday and had a working system by 6:30pm same day. Kolten came out and immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. We could not be happier with our experience, very highly recommend!

  Our AC had been out since Tuesday & our pets & us were incredibly miserable. Another company kept putting us on the back burner so I called ASAP & Kolten came out & had us up & running in a matter of minutes. After we pay off the other company we plan to switch to ASAP. I highly recommend. Kolten was out within 2 hours of us calling Friday evening.

  I had an excellent experience with ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing for my complete HVAC replacement. From the very beginning Kaleb was outstanding. He provided a clear, detailed, and timely quote and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. The installation team was just as impressive. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. They worked efficiently and had the entire installation completed in just one day, which was fantastic. What really stood out was the follow-up after the installation. They were always willing to help with any questions I had and went above and beyond to assist with the warranty registration and inspection process. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Kaleb and the installation crew at ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing were professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and customer-focused from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

  Absolutely exceptional service from ASAP Heating and Air. Kolten Hoehne came out after our A/C repeatedly tripped the breaker during extreme heat. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem rather than just getting the system running and leaving. He discovered significant electrical damage at our A/C disconnect and immediately explained that it was a potential fire hazard and needed to be addressed by an electrician. I really appreciate his attention to detail and concern for the safety of my family and home. The communication from ASAP was excellent from scheduling through arrival, and they were able to get someone out to us the same day. Kolten potentially prevented a much more serious situation. I would absolutely recommend ASAP Heating and Air and Kolten to anyone needing HVAC service. 5 stars without hesitation.

  Came home from vacation in the middle of summer expecting cold air and a cold drink. Instead I walked into a house that felt like it had been slow-cooking for a week. No A/C - just pure, unfiltered Oklahoma heat and the slow realization that I was about to become a human rotisserie chicken. ASAP Heating & Air showed up like the cavalry. They didn’t just patch the problem, they went full overkill in the best possible way: two new Lennox air conditioners, furnaces, thermostats, and coils. Basically turned my place into a climate-controlled fortress. And they did the whole thing for the low price of [censored for the faint of heart]. While we waited for the install, they even loaned us four window units free of charge so we didn’t have to melt into the couch. Literal saints with freon. Fast, professional, zero drama, and they saved what was left of my sanity (and my marriage). If your A/C ever decides to retire mid-summer, call these people immediately. Highly recommend. Would melt again just for the rescue.
