  Hunter Super Techs was able to easily schedule a time to address the issue at my home. After arriving and investigating, an assessment was made, the technician explained to me what was the matter and what the cost would be. When work completed, a walk through was done to confirm. Thank you Steve Lancaster for your expertise! And, thank you Hunter Super Techs for providing courteous and knowledgeable technicians to take care of matters that others cannot. I recommend Hunter Super Techs!!

  We chose this business because of the good reviews. However, we did not receive the service that was promised from them when they tried to sell. Their technician came and taped a leak, which was caused right after installation, then charged us $200. We were suspicious of how they handled the situation, and questioned whether it would happen again. They ensured that it would work. Well, unfortunately what we expected was right. Just three days later, our entire AC unit shut down again. The representative on the phone said if it would make us feel better, her AC unit went out as well. Just very disappointed!

  Within 35 minutes of contacting Hunter Super Tech, there was a very professional and knowledgeable tech named Jesus in my driveway, ready to remedy the issues with my HVAC. I cannot say enough about Hunter Super Tech as I’ve used them in the past and their other technicians have been great, but Jesus stands out as the best. I highly recommend Hunter Super Tech for any and all of your HVAC needs.

  Gilbert made a long drive to repair our AC during one of the hottest days of the season. He quickly diagnosed multiple issues and gave us options to keep the unit running smoothly while offering clear pricing estimates. Gilbert was very professional and respectful of property and took extra time explaining his recommendations so we were comfortable with the repairs. Because of employees like Gilbert, I will definitely call Hunter again when we have repair issues. Great job!

  This was a troubling situation. It took time and patience for Gilbert to sort out what was going on. At the start he was honest enough to say he didn’t know . Everything seemed to point to my goofy thermostat. 2 days in a row it would go blank when I turned on the heat. I’m thrilled to have a programmable thermostat. I had thought it would be nice to have an upgrade. It was a pleasure to have Gilbert in our home.
