- KRKevin RollinsJun 2, 20261.0I paid cash for some material that I paid to have delivered to the job site. When the material arrived two of the 10’ 6x6s were cracked all the way up them. That I had to take back. They sent the wrong material also. I called them and told them I needed to return some material and asked them what the protocol was and the sales person told me to just bring the material back and they would refund my money. I drove 27 miles to their store they unloaded the material and told me they did not have the money to refund me and if they got it the next day they would call me. Then said they would mail me a check. So I asked them to put the material back on my truck and they said it wasn’t going to happen. I still haven’t got a refund or the material.
