The fella that showed up to repair our A/C urgently worked like he owned the business. I learned his name was Chris, and that he in fact did own the business. He took care of our system and backed up his word and work done. He did not give us the bum’s rush, or slight of his best. It’s hard to be this impressed with this type of service in any trade. Me and my household would never hesitate to recommend Chris and Proactive Heating & Air. Thank you Chris.
