- LNLevi NMay 20, 20261.0We had a elevator go down Monday, technician showed up chatting on the phone 2 days after the appointment and began chewing me out for showing up after him, when I tried to explain the issue he cut me off saying he hasn't been here before so it's not his fault, a few minutes after looking at the elevator he came back and shoved the keys in my had saying there's no issue, I explained it keeps going down and it's a major problem and if he showed up Monday he could've seen the issue, he cut me off saying that he was busy and began to walk away, I followed him out of the office to get his name, at which point he said it's none of my business and the threatened me saying "get back in my office", still refusing to give his name, I genuinely don't feel safe doing business with a company who employs people like this
