  The sales crew was great and our installers, Antonio Ortega and his wife, were a great team. They explained what they were doing and why. A friendly and professional company that we would recommend very highly.

  Statewide is a reputable company with professional people that will come to your home and work up a reasonable estimate. They will answer your questions on the spot or research what is available for your project. Be sure to ask for discounts on the overall costs. Materials are from the Kohler brand name. Thank you Caitlin and Jeff for my bathroom repair and remodel.

  High pressure sales tactics and wildly exorbitant pricing. Another organization owned by private equity designed to squeeze every dollar possible from their clients. Stay away!

  Scheduled an appointment for a bathtub conversion to an accessible shower. Made the appointment after receiving over a dozen texts. Spoke to a representative on the phone. I received 16 more calls from telemarketing regarding Statewide's services. Over the course of the weekend leading up to the appointment, I received TWENTY TWO (22) texts about the appointment. Also, when initially making the appointment I was told consultation would be an hour, then came the 22 texts stating to be prepared to be available for at least 90 minutes for the appointment. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment. They are just too pushy. Imagine how much they are spending (I mean the customer is ultimately spending) on that marketing team.
