  I love this company. They knew what we needed and set everything up and we had new windows so fast. So nice and easy to clean great quality. I would recommend Statewide to any one needing windows.

  Scheduled an appointment for a bathtub conversion to an accessible shower. Made the appointment after receiving over a dozen texts. Spoke to a representative on the phone. I received 16 more calls from telemarketing regarding Statewide's services. Over the course of the weekend leading up to the appointment, I received TWENTY TWO (22) texts about the appointment. Also, when initially making the appointment I was told consultation would be an hour, then came the 22 texts stating to be prepared to be available for at least 90 minutes for the appointment. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment. They are just too pushy. Imagine how much they are spending (I mean the customer is ultimately spending) on that marketing team.

  We are very pleased with our Shower remodel with Statewide. It was done in a timely manner and very professional. We would recommend their service to others.

  I hired Statewide Remodeling to install a new shower last year. The installation itself ultimately went smoothly, and the finished shower looks great and functions well. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. During the installation, their contractor damaged other areas of my bathroom. Even more concerning, a significant portion of the caulking failed within a week of installation, peeling away and quickly developing mildew. I contacted Statewide multiple times to have these issues addressed under their warranty. Despite repeated attempts, I was never able to get the problems resolved. At that point, the warranty had no practical value to me. When you’re paying premium prices, you’re not just paying for the product—you’re paying for the confidence that the company will stand behind its work if something goes wrong. That wasn’t my experience. While I’m happy with the shower itself, the lack of post-installation support means I cannot recommend Statewide Remodeling, and I won’t be using them again.

  The salesman helping us was very knowledgeable and helped us pick everything we wanted and didnt push us for any "up sells". We were contacted numerous times for updates on timing of ordering parts and to set up an install date/time that worked with our schedule. Installers were very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job on installing our new shower. We have absolutely zero regrets on this project from start to finish.
