  Todd was great! The girl who took the order got NOTHING correct. Not even the address. Mistakes make technicians lose time. Show up unprepared. And then they and the customer get frustrated. Time is money. Details matter. It was a drain hose for washer. Not DISHWASHER as she instructed. She told me the technician would service my HVAC. He wasn’t certified to do that. He wasted about 45 minutes trying to find the WRONG address.

  Kelby Carter did an excellent job for us with Mullin Plumbing. He installed a new Clorniator and told me about the Platinum plan with Mullin which I feel is fantastic at $65.00 monthly. It covers everything that could possibly break any time. Thank you Mr. Carter good job.

  I saw an ad for $199 to clear lines and send in a camera. I don’t need lines cleared I just want a camera to help mark where the lines are before I build a fence. They would not talk price. They said the tech determines the price when they are there. They would not even give a ball park price. I asked to speak to a technician and was told I’d get a call Monday or Tuesday. Instead I got a text and email saying I had an appointment for Tuesday between 8am and 5 pm! All day I need to be available and I’m supposed to sit there waiting with a blank check. No thanks. I’ll do my business elsewhere.

  Someone who used our front outdoor faucet this spring (car detailer) somehow bent the faucet handle. Mullin was able to come quickly, assessed it as stripped and needing the entire faucet replaced for “a bit less than $500.” They went to get parts and I used ChatGPT with pics of the faucet to verify this was needed and the estimated price in the Tulsa region. I was a bit surprised, so told my husband and he went out to ask questions before they did the job! They apparently compromised, they did repair the faucet, but the cost suddenly became a bit less than $400. Made me go hmmmm.

  John Holland was our Mullin technician and a 2in broken water main under our largest building was our problem. John worked relentlessly, eliminating one line at a time, listening carefully and not missing a detail. He started quoting old timer strategies and on a whim he tried something I never would've imagined. The probe found a water line we didn't even know existed. John put a valve on the line, shut it off and stopped thousands of gallons of water flowing under our building. Hero's don't always wear capes, sometimes they wear red shirts with Mullin on the chest.
