  Groundworks did excellent job on stabilizing my back cement yard patio, bungalo and area around pool. We live on a hill and the erosion is bad. We bought our hse 4 years ago and have watched the patio drop and crack and the cost to replace everything was minute to the cost of the stabilization. Thank you Groundworks.

  Bryce kept me informed and he and his team worked hard against a tough schedule. Professional!! William, Darlin, and Dayton worked their tails off to install 22 piers in two days. I can’t recommend the whole crew enough!

  Dylan Johnson arrived at appointment time. He checked the foundation of our house. He then checked our chimney, as it had moved away from the house. He explained the repair that Groundworks could do and also the cost. Very good information on his part.

  I have had the worst experience with this company. I honestly do not even know where to begin but it is severely disappointing to trust and pay a company so much money and then be treated the way we were. We were originally told it would be a multi day job. They were done in 2 hours. Caused another issue by raising a different part of the house and cracked my original hardwood floors. They broke the front door (which I watched on my ring camera) and didn’t alert me or my partner who was working at home. I had a manager walk through and tell me they would make it right or compensate us. Weeks later, came out to fix the other bump in the floor that they created and refused to leave our house until we paid while my partner was trying to work. I wanted to wait until we got to a resolution about my damaged floors before completing the payment - but they ultimately held us hostage until we paid in full. And now, radio silence. Exactly why I wanted to wait. I have reached out and was told that someone will contact me and it has been well over a month with no word. This company just wants your money. Will chew you up and spit you out. They do not care about you. DO NOT trust this company.
