  Air Assurance always does a great job and David is the best! He was so amazing with my three giant dogs! Usually I have to put them up and they get really stressed but David was completely relaxed around them and they really liked him too. He was kind, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable! So impressed with this young man!

  I am extremely pleased with the hot water heater installation provided by the 2 plumbers. I called late in the day explained my issue and an inspection was performed 2hrs later and then 2 technicians/plumbers came and stayed until after 10pm. They were fast and extremely careful during the install of an 80 gallon water heater. They cleaned up the entire area and explained everything they had done in detail. I am a 70 year old disabled American veteran and needed it fixed quickly due to hygiene issues. To be able to receive same day service was amazing! I highly recommend this company and especially the 2 fine young men who came and performed admirably.

  Austin was excellent - knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very personable. We were delighted with his service, punctuality and kindness! Superb all the way! What I very much DIDN'T LIKE was having to deal with the robotic telephone answerer!!! For heaven sakes, bring back "human contact" - I will not deal with robots or AI in the future! You've taken a huge step backwards in customer service by giving into this growing, horrible trend.

  Outstanding HVAC Service - couldn’t be happier with the service I received, they just finished after working straight for 8 hrs and earned every penny I spent. After being screwed over by HWA (Home Warranty of America) for not recognizing that a 410A condenser unit working with a Rheem Evaporator coil Model RCBA-6089G is a perfect match I wasn't left with much choice but to bite the bullet and replace my condenser and coil out of pocket. Sam spent the entire day patiently working through everything, taking the time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it. What really stood out was the attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for both my property and my time. Both Sam and Kindin were courteous, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. Sam explained things along the way and made sure everything was taken care of before wrapping up. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with this level of patience, care, and professionalism. Highly recommended—I would absolutely use Air Assurance again. I would also give kudos to Jay for excellent communication pre and post sale and the supervisor who came in today to advise the technicians. Keep it up guys and thank you!
