- BRBrian Russell1 day ago1.0Update on my last review... Since my last 1 star review due to excessive charging for a leaky outdoor spigot. I called Paramont plumbing. They came out immediately and actually inspected the spigot to find it was a leaky rubber ring. They repaired it within 20 mins and charged $75. Compared to this companies $750- $1500 repair! Before choosing Air Assurance for plumbing repairs I would DEFINITELY try another company..

He had a very friendly demeanor. All the checks were done efficiently and all the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Good Job!
- FHFrank Hamilton5 days ago1.0I have been a customer for the past two seasons. I used AirAssurace for plumbing and HVAC maintenance at my home. I have a service contract on my HVAC units. I scheduled my summer tune ups over 1 and 1/2 months ago. When I called to set the appointments, that was the earliest they could get me into the schedule. The day of the appointment I received a text letting me know they were receiving a high volume of emergency calls and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I did not respond to the text. My original appointment was scheduled between 1:00 pm and 5 pm, standard scheduling for any of the large service providers. At 4:45 I received a phone call letting me know my appointment was canceled and would have to be rescheduled. I was very disappointed with Air Assurance. My contract was supposed to guarantee if I had a break down they would respond within 24 hours. I just can’t trust them now. Trying the next big service provider, who where able to schedule my HVAC unit tuneups in three weeks.

- DODavid OconnellMay 10, 20261.0Dissapointed with the service as of late. Had my ac go out last night, installed by air assurance 5 years ago, so I called them to come take a look today. We get on the schedule for the 12pm-5pm time slot. To my surprise, I get a call at 1030 that the technician is on his way. I have my neighbors meet him at the door as I rush home from church to meet him. When I get home, 5 min after I get the call, the technician had already left because he didnt have a ladder to reach my unit. 1. You guys installed this unit. You should have in your system that a ladder is required. 2. I had a ladder ready and waiting for the technician. He declined to use it. 3. I told air assurance on the phone a ladder was needed to reach the unit. 4. What hvac tech doesnt have a ladder?
