  We had Air Assurance come out on two different occasions as a qualified Plummer working with HomeServe. The first occasion was to find the source of water damage under our kitchen sink. They were here maybe 30 minutes and told us the water damage was due to shoddy work by a previous drain cleaning company and couldn’t do anything until it backed up again.They were convincing. However, They missed it. Big time. The second visit from Air Assurance was much better. The young man found a water leak on a different part of the house and fixed it. He was diligent and took care of the problem. If I had realized the first pair of guys were so indifferent about the problem I would never have called them out a second time. I’m grateful for the work of the second crew, but I’m cautious and probably won’t use them again because of the lack of interest from the first crew. Turns out there was a slow seeping leak from the cold water source under the sink. We used up our two covered visits with HomeServe, and since the spot under the sink was still wet, we called another plumbing company to investigate the situation. They took the time to investigate and find the slow leak and fixed it. Air Assurance was minimally adequate. HomeServe was minimally helpful.

  I have had my air-con serviced many times over the years by other companies who NEVER gave me a litany of fear mongering additional things that had to be done above the service they provided. Sure, other things are needed, but showed no respect for my "no I can't afford your additional $1122.00" quoted. Using fear tactics in an attempt to pressure purchasing is abominable. The basic service was ok, but iwill not repeat using Air Assurance ever again!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

  I have had this hot water tank for less than 5 years and this is the third time it has leaked. Over but a Rheem. I know it’s Sunday and the bill would be high. But of the few places I checked, you could get her the fastest to get the problem resolved. Dylan was nice and really knew what he was doing. Explained everything that was going on and advised I replace it. I trusted his advice. He even kept me updated on the progress. I’m confident that this will be one thing I won’t have to worry about for years. Thanks to Dylan.

  I can NOT recommend Air Assurance. I purchased a new ac unit in Nov 2025 (last year). The heater seemed to work ok. This May 2026 ( when I started using the ac), found out the ac did NOT work. It took almost 1 full month - and they finally replaced the original (new) unit in June. They did provide some little ac units that sat on the floor - but my house was not cool the entire month. It was miserable. Last night - the house was too warm again, not blowing cold air, and there was a layer of ice on top of the unit. I called this morning, and They scheduled me for Monday from 5:00 pm (or later ). I know it’s a holiday weekend but - I paid over $14k for a new ac last November. It took 1 month to get the replacement unit. Which doesn’t work either. How long I wonder will this go-round take. Tired, old, dealing with health issues - I didn’t need this.

  Air Assurance took great care of us. We called on a Friday night our air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air into the house. Tyler came out on Saturday we received a text and email from Air Assurance along with Tyler’s name and Tyler’s picture the day of his visit. Tyler did a full assessment of our system and quoted us a few options on cost of repairing our systems . He also suggested that we may want to replace the unit due to the fact that the cost of repairing the unit was close to the cost of replacing the entire unit. We opted to go with a new HVAC unit. The same day another Tyler came out and he gave us 5 different options of units to choose from. We chose the one we wanted and he set up the time that they could come install it. We were shocked to hear that he would even come back and install two window units for us. The window units kept us comfortable until the day of HVAC install which was Wednesday saving us over 500.00 in hotel fees. We were treated very professionally and were emailed and texted before and after each visit. We also received a phone call each time by the tech letting us know they were on their way to our house. The installation went great the two guys who came out Devin and Abram did an amazing job and got it done in less than 7 hours. The next day Thursday Abram came back and went up in the attic (temp in attic well over 100 degrees at the time he was up there) he was sealing down the duct work and inspecting work from the previous day. Everyone who came to our house was respectful and knowledgeable when we asked questions. Glad we went with Air Assurance and will refer our friends and family to them.
