  We ordered 7 windows from Thermal Windows. They were ready to be installed earlier than expected, which was a welcomed surprise! The installers did a wonderful job, and were very polite! I will be calling them back to order 5 more windows for me house! I would highly recommend Thermal Windows! Debbie

  Haywood the installer did a remarkable job installing my 2 front windows. After he finished he showed me how the windows worked & asked if there were any ?s.. Brian, y’all have a great installer. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Thermal Windows & I will be using them again. Thank you so much…😊

  Product and installation crew, independent contractor, first class. Schedule information impossible to get. Not responsive to inquiries. If you can wait a long uncertain time you get what you contracted for.

  I bought a house that had windows installed from thermal windows by the previous owner. i called to get the warranty transferred to my name. I was informed that since I didnt call within the first month of moving in, that the warranty was void. I think this company doesn’t have faith in their own products, therefore i wont be using them for replacement windows when that time comes. Edited 11/13/19 second response to thermal windows. You are incorrect. I did not wait eight years to inquire about warranty information. I inquired a few months after moving into my house which had windows replaced by the previous owner. Your assumption is wrong and during the busy and stressful time of purchasing a home and moving, a month is not a fair amount of time. I would recommend revising your policies to allow a little more time for that. The company that did the roof had no problem transferring the warranty after a few months of living in the house. Maybe apples to oranges but roofs are another expensive component of a house.
