Taylor stopped in and took care if business. My Generac got serviced, looked over and we agreed to have Taylor take over all the maintenance. Age and wisdom made the decision easy !

Taylor, the technician that came out did a great job diagnosing and repairing our generator and walking me through operation and maintenance of the generator.

Josh was fantastic! He explained every aspect of all the details that involve a Generac installation and did it in layman's terms and without any pressure. Great Job!!

From my understanding Collaborative Generators has not been servicing Kohler generators for very long, however they were recently certified to repair Kohler and came out to our job on what we felt like was a “lemon” in need of replacement. ( That part was handled between us and Kohler) What impressed me about Collaborative and in particular Cody , as the service repair man assigned to our job, was his honesty about his level of knowledge of the Kohler product, willingness to access Kohler technical in another town at least 5 hours away, his thoroughness, and professionalism in handling our issues. Through his 5 star services, he has managed to “ generate” lifetime customers. Like the Maytag repairman of Old we hope to never see him again but if on the off chance we ever need help in the future we know who to call!

Accidentally found this group on marketplace . Had been trying to no avail to locate an installer through Home Depot . Returned call to me the instant I sent message . From there to where I am today with a system installed in my home . Note ; this all happened while I was at a golf tournament in Arkansas, on the weekend , 2:30 in the afternoon !!!!!
